Kane has been treated like crap since 2000 and Everytime he is build up and given a push it is completely botched which isnt Kanes fault. As for now he certainly is not getting pushed when was the last time he won a match?
Big show however can just go away. His feuds are boring and his matches are also boring.

Kane and TheRockers are the most high profile jobbers of all time

I'd give the pass to Kane. The guy is a good hand for the company and does a good job at putting people over. Guy can still put on a good match aswell even at his age. Big Show on the other hand, I feel like he needs to hand them up. He flip flops face and heel so many times in a year, WWE has no clue what to do with him and he just lingers around.

I just think it's time for them to go personally.

I respect both men, but IMO they should both retire.

They're valuable, but should be used to help the tag division or something like that. Not as featured performers.

I dont see why Kane and Show should go as many have poined out, given that they can still put in great matches, and the least they have a good thing going on with their storyline with the Authority.
Mark Henry is some one who 'should go' IMO.

Kane is slowing down drastically lately, and is perfect fit in his current role as the "Muscle" of the Authority. Big Show has always been fairly slow and lumbering since his debut in WWE. He much like Andre completely changed his "style" upon coming to the WWE. WWE has always liked their "Giants" to be fairly slow and lumbering. Sadly with the Television schedule the WWE produces you can't have an undefeated dominating Giant on Television. With that said both Show and Kane do the "J.O.B." way too much.
If the WWE had the current television schedule towards the end of Andre's run I have to wonder if people would have been bitched and moaned about the Giant needing to "Hang up his boots."
I would personally move Big Show to a part time schedule where he could be WAY more effective. Andre wasn't at every single show, and the Big Show should have been used that way right from day one. Big Show, like Andre should have been kept away from the World Title picture during his career (or he should never have been pinned for the belt [ie: dropping the belt in triple threats, stipulations etc])

Kane and Big Show along with the Undertaker and John Cena is one of the WWEs most loyal employees. Why would you get rid of someone you know you can ALWAYS fall back on? Sure, he and Big Show are old, but when put into a major feud they get over. If Daniel Bryan, John Cena or Randy Orton, etc ever have to take time away, it's incredibly easy for guys like Kane and Big Show to be slotted into an angle as a threat to the World Titles because they have that credibility. You can job them out a million times over, they'll still be credible when put in the upper tier situations. They've got the longevity, people are just too caught up in the "younger is better" mindset when it isn't true in the slightest.

Mark Henry is some one who 'should go' IMO. They should go because they are taking up top spots which could be filled by younger/newer talent. "Great matches" is quite a stretch. Agreed Mark Henry's time has come and gone also. He should go too.

Kane and Big Show both need to go. I'm okay with them sticking around because they can be valuable. However, they shouldn't be main eventing shows. A win over either guy means nothing at this point and the quality of their matches tend to suck so they bring nothing to the main event scene.

No way they should be a focal point of the 2015 Royal Rumble. That spot should've been given to newer/younger guys like Luke Harper and Bray Wyatt or something. Both Show and Kane have turned a million times and had just as many character changes. You can't even recognize them from who they were 15 years ago. Get rid of them. They are just taking up spots.

A win over either guy means nothing at this point and the quality of their matches tend to suck so they bring nothing to the main event scene. They don't mean anything to the midcard either. Ziggler and Ryback are going to beat them at Mania and it's going to mean absolutely nothing. I do think from a size perspective they still bring a bit of circus novelty to the table, especially for younger fans, but for fans who have watched them for the last 15 years it's excruciating. Kane is the constant, a steady heartbeat for other talent to work against, but we've seen damn near every combination available involving Kane.

I don't think Kane contributes anything anymore really. I hate to say that too because he was my favorite wrestler from 1998-2003. You could literally fill his spot with (insert big guy here) and it wouldn't make a difference. Big Show could still be an attraction had he been booked to be one from the start. I'd be fine if Show was a part timer and wrestled a handful of matches per year.
