I'm not going to blame anyone for not believing this story to be true, but I'm going to tell it anyway. Here in the United Kingdom, we have a supermarket called Tesco's - my cousin worked (and still does) there. In the summer of 2011, me and my uncle went to go and drop her off for work, I asked if we could quickly check out the wrestlers and we did. This was a Tesco I'd never been in before. The WWE section was a small section on the end of an aisle, loads of Mattels, but staring straight at me was a WWE Ruthless Aggression series 41 Brian Kendrick - what the hell? I picked it up and looked around and couldn't see any other figures from the set or any tags for that figure - so we took it to customer services. They scanned it and it came up as £0.18! I was given a receipt, but I managed to bloody lose it which I am gutted over. I swear this story is true, but I fully understand the "receipt or it didn't happen" rule. I 100% guarantee promise this happened - and I never break promises!
Anyways, thought about it the other day and was wondering - what Jakks did you pick up at a good price?

Well, I was hoping that an Off The Ropes JBL that has been at the local Rite Aid would go on clearance, since some of the early Mattels went 75% off at one store. I picked up a series six Dibiase and a best of 2010 Cena at one on the other side of town, so I did a trawl of all the local Rite Aids and apparently that was the only store clearing stock. So instead of a 4 dollar figure, I take JBL to the counter where it rang at 16.99. And it is still there.

My best deals were on feebay and just too many to list but two from walmart were CS 3 packs , Hogan Beefcake and Hart for around $12 and The Bulldogs with Matilda in clear out section.

I remember a lot of cheap adrenaline two packs. I got the Hardy/Taker one for £5.

Bought the Highlanders for $6 or so early-'10 because the clips on one of my sets inexplicably started breaking.
