F Bill Demott, what is special about that guy? Why is he even a trainer? He acts like he knows everything about being a top guy, yet he never was or Could be even close to being a top guy. I don't think Demott is there to teach anyone to be a top guy. He's an bunghole drill sergeant in a position to weed out the guys that are all show and no go. I'm glad he's a dick that pushes untested guys past their limits to see if being on the road over 300 days a year is something they can keep up with. You couldn't pay a Michaels, a Hart, a Flair or another top star from the past to be in that position. Any one remember WCW's Powerplant? Besides Goldberg (who had some issues with actual wrestling, I know) there were other guys to come out of that and succeed, and I remember the guy in charge wasn't exactly a top draw either. And I transition my thoughts on the head trainer into what everyone else is pretty much saying: those 4 guys have nothing to prove based on the schedule or the wear and tear on the body. They've all done it a high level, even if some of them only did it in the indys. I'm sure that's the reason these guys are all featured prominently on NXT, with the current champ having only wrestled a few televised matches on the show. Think of it like the very successful Vice President of a company with a long tenure leaving for the competition. The owners of his new job know what he's worth, so they're only going to put him in the lower positions for a short time to get him accustomed to the way they do things before moving him up the ladder. Some might call it preferential treatment. Others might call it trying not to insult the guy's intelligence. Still think he doesn't deserve to be any type of trainer in NXT.

I'm assuming part of it is true, but I'll call BS simply because Hawkins is bitter and I don't trust a lot of what he says. This. And even if they do get preferential treatment, it's cause they're just plain better than the others. They don't really need to go to every training session because they're honestly better than trainers like Demott. Absolutely agree. I honestly hope this is true. Those 4 don't need drills. They know how to work. Those 4 guys on their worst day could wrestle circles around every trainer that's down there, on the trainers best day.

did anybody see the extreme worlds documentary on Fergal Devitt? It aired on Irish TV and should be on youtube etc. Anybody who has seen that knows the guy works his ass off....and is humble as f*ck. I can see it now....it will be Sheamus all over again when Balor gets pushed...."oh hes only getting a shot because he is HHH's guy" FFS Sheamus did get pushed for that reason. Balor will be pushed bc he is ing amazing. And yes, I have seen the documentary and have kept in contact with Fergal for years. Dude is overly humble and so ing thankful. About one of the nicest guys I have ever met in pro wrestling.

That's why he was pushed.

Sounds like bs, The NXT 6 outshine over half of the main roster whenever they step into the ring

They sound like a bunch of knobs. It's really not a good idea to instill cockyness and arogance into these guys before they even make the roster. If we are to believe this then I agree that if they are really cocky that is not the best attitude to have. Sure they may not want to do certain drills but the way this 'report' stated it they just bitch to HHH to get out of stuff. They of course are the top NXT prospects (along with Neville) but again I think it is best when people don't act like they are better than others because that just causes drama..

Sheamus did get pushed for that reason. . Yeah.......No. Sheamus could easily be the second best worker in the company. I'm still shocked at him being able to bring out good matches from the Big Show in 2012.

Wasn't Sheamus or Hunter interviewed a few years ago and were asked if Sheamus was Trip's boy, and they said the only reason people think that is because they worked out together once in Melbourne or somewhere like that? If Sheamus was a Triple H guy, why has he spent the last few years doing nothing of great notice. He won the 2012 Rumble and the World Title, that's about it.

It's funny, if this was Dempsey, mojo, Corbin and Parker then there would be an uproar. Double standards.
Saying that I think any truth to this would be more triple h believes they don't need to develop. Corbin is still very green whereas as Finn has all the skills and to me is adapting to the wwe style well. I'm sure if told he'd be all in on the extra work if he isn't doing it already. Doing high spots as well just seems like they want to put on the best show, why risk doing a dangerous move of not be be as entertaining as possible and show your dedication for what you do.

Sheamus' 2012 is one of the best strings of matches anyone has ever had in my opinion. He knocked out of the park with Bryan, Ziggler, Tensai and even ADR, Show and like you said Henry too. I'm probably missing some. I'm still scratching my head that he got so many good matches out of Big Show lol! My only gripe with Sheamus is that I'm not that keen on his attire really.

What I wanna know is what does Hawkins get for reporting stuff like this? Where is the benefit? Does he get his jollies by trying to one up WWE? Does he feel better because he calls up dirt sheets to "tattle on" WWE? I mean no disrespect to Hawkins because I always was a fan, but this just seems like a huge waste of time and energy. I'm sorry Curt, but it's time to move on.

Although I did like their team and would've like to see them get more of a run.

I'm going to focus solely on Triple H having a new clique and not the parts where an ex-employee is throwing them under the bus.
IF true, Triple H picked the right guys. Add a couple more independent guys (Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, Ricochet, ACH) and WWE will have an amazing product. The future looks bright.
