Well the duct tape is a first for me. I thought the painting was tidy until I realized it wasn't paint. You've pretty much ruined the figure by using sharpie. It'll eventually turn purple and bleed into the plastic. Stick to acrylic paint.
Also, you're more likely to get more comments if you post pics instead of a YouTube video. Not everyone wants to watch a video, pics are easier and of higher quality.

The sharpie will turn purple and rub off on to other figures. It doesn't bond with the plastic at all. That is why everyone advises against using it. Nothing will take it off either once it's applied it's there for good.

I suggest buying black and silver acrylic. It's like $6-$8. It'll make the figure look better (the silver will really pop) and to echo everyone else it'll last longer than Sharpie.
If you prefer adding custom colors via Sharpie, you'll be better off using painting pens.

No one worry this figure is not ruined I put the Sharpie on the duct tape and put clear tape over it so it would not rub off!

I ran out of paint a while back and did not get more people say that i ruined the fig with sharpie but the sharpie was not on the fig! i put it on the tape to draw the ab's then put clear tape on it so it would not rub off!
