I do genuinely think AJ might be the best worker in the world, as it applies to my tastes. Rollins is probably the only guy I put over him. That's honestly something I've been saying for at least a decade too. AJ Styles is the ing man, and everything about him, even as he's aged, is phenomenal. He's a meat and potatoes mic guy, so what. When it comes to entertainment value between the ropes he's a 24oz medium-rare Ribeye. I honestly think he's more talented than Daniel Bryan. That's not a knock on Bryan, as I'm a big fan of Bryan, but I think what AJ does is more diverse, and, quite frankly, just more fun to watch. AJ, to me, is the biggest name left that hasn't worked for WWE. I know he's not some Sting level star from the height of the MNWs but he was TNA for a decade and now he's on top of the world over in NJPW, which has to be considered the biggest promotion in the world not called WWE. I would kill to see it. P1 for life.

I think if we're all honest, AJ Styles is THE reason TNA made it anywhere. He carried that company. Not entirely alone. He got the X-Division to follow suit. But that company didn't get play because of Jarrett being on tv. Fans flocked and have hope for TNA because of AJ F'N Styles.
WWE should sign him, it's insane they haven't.

I guess I just don't get it with AJ. To me, he's just a spot monkey who occasionally can work a normal match well. Him and the Young Bucks are two matches I autoskip with NJPW. I just don't think he's talented at all.

Guarantee it's 100% his choice more than WWEs. He wouldn't make anywhere near what he's likely making now.

I'm a big fan of AJ Styles, but at this point in his career, I don't think it's viable to bring him in.
He's likely making more money than he would in WWE for a significantly smaller number of dates. Unless going to WWE is absolutely what he wants and he's willing to work the schedule, where is the benefit to him?
As much of a veteran and legend he is on the indie scene, he doesn't have the credibility to work a part time schedule in WWE. He'd have to work full time, and I just don't think that's going to work at this stage of his career.

He is doing just fine where he is, I like AJ, but he wouldn't bring much to the WWE.

I saw on a AJ Styles shoot that if WWE offered AJ Styles a contract and put him NXT/development for a while to get use to how they wrestle in WWE. That he would absolutely have no problem with it. It's really overall WWE's decision in whether they want AJ or not. I would love to see AJ Styles vs. John Cena someday.

The guy is breaking necks now like its funny or something. Yoshi Tatsu wakes up with blood on his pillow every morning from holes in his skull Becsuse AJ broke his neck in the styles clash MONTHS ago. He will never be the same. I don't really respect AJ any more for using that move.

Upside down both arms trapped it's a recipe for disaster.

How many necks has Thr Styles Clash claimed now ?He shouldn't be in that dangerous position to begin with. No wrestler should.

So because a couple of people don't know how to take a move, it should never be done? There are such things as freak accidents. A botched Styles Clash is one of those things.

AJ Styles has to have hit the Styles Clash at least a thousand times and he's been using it for more than a decade. The move works phenomenally if you take it correctly. This isn't some new invention that he tried out for Japan and then two guys got hurt. I mean Michelle McCool used it in WWE and the WWE movesets are as limited as it gets. Also, he asked permission to use the neck breaking stuff as a way to draw heat in Japan. Just like Owen Hart's 3:16 shirt when he hurt Austin. You're pretty off base here but believe whatever you want, I guess.

Come on guys AJ Styles was ranked #1 wrestler in 2010. He has more talent than the majority of the WWE roster and half of the NXT roster. I honestly rank Styles over Daniel Bryan, because Daniel Bryan has still yet to preform a 5-star match. AND YET HE NEVER MADE IT TO THE NUMBER 1 WRESTLING PROMOTION IN THE WORLD....THAT DOES'NT SCREAM NO.1 TO ME...IF HE ISN'T WITH MCMAHON, I HAVE NEVER EVEN SEEN THEM BEFORE.

You're supposed to be mad at him for taking advantage of the situation. But it's kayfabe. Owen didn't break Austin's neck on purpose. You're blaming AJ, and saying you lost respect for him but in reality Yoshi ed up and AJ just hit the move like he normally has a thousand times before. I just don't understand why you're mad. It's not like AJ's proud he broke anyone's neck or that anyone got hurt. People know about the situation so they're just using it against the audience to keep him a bad guy of the highest caliber, kayfabe.
