I like that you used the Gabriel scan as I have that same head being used for my Bálor. I am sculpting and altering it a lot to suite him in his gear without the paint, but I do appreciate the use.
The figure overall is good, sure there are a few spots that need fixing, but you did a good job with it! If you're looking to excel as a customizer, you're taking the right steps as it takes time to develop a craft for this.
I would change the hair as it is noticeable that it's not really how Bálor has it, but definitely keep taking risks and posting as I would really like to see what kind of work you could put out with enough time invested.

The ONLY thing I would say is that you should have used a figure with a lighter skin tone, but that's just me nitpicking. This is some great work, man. Fantastic job.

Good job on the parts youve selected though, some Balor figures Ive seen have wrong size kneepads, or wrong boots, or the design is just really off from what he actually used. Nice job on the painting though, youll get better at it the more you do it.
