Hi guys! I received elite 12 Kane in the mail today and it is in pretty used condition with areas that need some spot painting. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on where to get touch up paint for figures, or if anyone had any suggestions about actual color paint to use... Thanks!

I would suggest using either Tamiya Acrylic or Citadel. Both are very good paints and stay on the figure well.

Citadel paints work well. Some people say paint brand doesn't matter but I disagree. Don't just grab whatever happens to be cheapest. Spend the extra 50 cents and get some top shelf paint haha.
Make sure you water down the paint a little bit. If you just start applying paint directly to the figure it will get lumpy and look crappy. A few extra layers of thinned out paint looks 100x better than 1 thick coat.

I use "painters" pens from Wal-Mart, Ultra fine.
I used it to touch up my Kane and it looks amazing.

+1 for Citadel paints. I've tried other acrylics, but none work as well as those
