As far as mass retail goes post R3 exclusives...
Target had exclusive rings that came with a wrestler and a cardboard backdrop.
There was...
Piper's Pit
Snake Pit
Angle with Olympic podium
Undertaker set

Kmart had an exclusive RSR with an exclusive Piper and Hogan.

KB had exclusive DA 3-Packs

TRU had CSDA and CSTT

WalMart had CS 3-Packs

FYE had a DX Deluxe exclusive and maybe one other DA exclusive.

All retailers also had pre RA exclusives...but I don't think ringside chaos was exclusive. Although I think I remember buying most at KB toys.
