Apparently EC3 backs up the accusations against Bill DeMott. Wondering now if that's the reason why he truly left WWE and went to TNA. WWE lost a huge star there. Yep, the guys a main eventer for sure |

What I don't understand is that some of these dudes are way bigger than DeMott. Why didn't they just smack him around? Because of a fear of losing, for some,their possible one and only shot at their dream job. This is exactly why. But when you have a bully that owns the company, this type of behavior is probably encouraged. Vince, Hunter, and Hugh Morrus are sadly all insecure little men. |

If I were a wrestler with a decent fighting/boxing background, I would ask for a little go around with him, take him in the ring and stiff the hell out of him. One of those things where he would have to "respect" me because I stood up. I hate people who push their weight around. With all the former NFL players and NCAA wrestlers who have tried out for the WWE, I am surprised nobody has kicked Bill Demott's ass yet. |

Joey Ryan, MVP, some others have all spoken to this. Only person I've seen speak on behalf of Demott was Jericho with a "tough it out attitude". Then again when hasn't Jericho just jerked company line lately?

You guys do know that a full investigation happened don't you?
I'd assume that the guys complaining weren't trained correctly and probably had limited athletic backgrounds. Jericho pointing out that his training was 10,00 times harder might be flirting with hyperbole, but those f*cks in Florida are getting trained with headgear and in rings that are 10 times softer than the old WWF rings. I'd love to see what these attention whores would have to say about the old New Japan dojo, or worse yet, the old Joshi dojo system. Have any of you seen that Gaea Girls documentary?

Toughing it out is absolutely correct when speaking about drills and building discipline.. But those teachers in Japan, old teachers like Stu Hart weren't trying to break wrestlers as much as push them to achieve greatness.
They weren't making inappropriate jokes, or trying to get physical with injured wrestlers. There's a HUGE difference in teaching methods that help you excel, and teaching methods that make you want to put a gun in your mouth. Bill DeMott doesn't give a sh*t if his students get any better.. Bill DeMott is doing the things he's doing because he can get away with it.

Getting the sh*t kicked out of you and having your sexuality questioned is something that every freshman football player goes through. Senior cheerleaders drop freshman chicks to toughen them up. JV squad soccer players are forced to stand and get kicked in the face during free kick drills.
I'm not condoning any of the behavior, but the simple fact is that is the people complaining had made it then we wouldn't be hearing of this. Rusev is one of the "victims" in the story, and if he feels like he was wronged he could easily say something without fear of reprisal. There are camera running a 24/7 feed in Orlando, so if there was something atrocious going on, I'm sure something would be done.
