Cena is BY FAR the most profitable superstar they have. Only a complete idiot would think they would throw those profits away with a heel turn. It'd be the dumbest thing they could do.

Just like how there will never be another Monday Night War, an attraction like The Undertaker's Streak or the NWA World title having as much prestige as the WWE World Heavyweight title - Cena will NEVER turn heel.
I say this every time there's one of these threads.

I think maybe in 10 years Cena might turn heel, but I don't think it will have anything to do with the Authority. We have to wait for his kid fans today to grow out of wrestling so his heel turn can bring them back in as adults. No. A new generation of kids will begin liking WWE, liking John Cena, getting their parents to buy his merch, turning in every week etc.  Lol, not if Vince decides they like Roman Reigns!!! |

I don't think we are going see a heel Cena anytime soon, but mega aggressive beast-mode Cena? We can get that. Even tonight we had shades of that.

Long overdue. My idea- Cena joins the authority along with Shamus or Ryback. They wear the letter A on black and white shirts. Then Cena turns on them and starts his own faction named Anarchy with the anarachy symbol. His faction would consist of two nxt rising stars maybe Finn and Steen ala' NWO. He could go against heels and babyfaces. What do you think. Corny and obvious or a good idea? OR- he wears the A on a Red shirt...and recruits Samy Zayn and Tyler Breeze. When he splits off, the three of them wear wrist-length sweaters with their letter on it. They start a singing group covering pop songs. They release a christmas album. They come out with 2 family movies. Oh wait, this has all been done by Alvin & the Chipmunks. Nevermind. |
