I got 2 new Austin Aries series 11's off ringside and both had the nose pushed up against the bubble and flattened so I figured my best hope was to look for a loose one on ebay where I could see a picture of the actual figure so I ordered one that looked ok and while this one is better than the other two it still has a little flattening on the end of the nose... Is this a problem with that figure in general or are there any that have normal noses?

Mine was okay but I imagine it was a very common issue. The trays aren't deep enough and the vacuform doesn't really hold the figure that secure. Honestly, were it not for the tied-down waist most of them look like they'd flop around.
I saw several of the latest wave with flat noses at Toysrus yesterday.

I feel your pain, flattened/dented noses are a huge pet hate of mine. I'm always reluctant to buy used figures because of this, even if they look in good condition as often dented noses don't show up in photos.

I know I hate that too I had a loose Mattel Nash I just dinged the nose on slightly I think.... along with the ringside exclusive Brahma Bull Rock... I think although sometimes I find myself staring really hard trying to squint to figure out of it really is dented or just my imagination on some... but the Austin Aries series 11s definitely are badly.
