The speech needs to be something along the lines of...
"NXT has been putting on better shows with unbelieveable crowd reactions. You fools need to step it up in the ring and we will finally get our sh*t together in creative."

I wonder if Brock is no showing Mania? Brock is supposed to be there tonight...so I don't see why he would show up tonight if he's not going to show up at Wrestlemania. |

Vince will tell all the guys that just because the Intercontinental and United States Titles are getting more screen time, that doesn't mean if you hold it you'll actually go anywhere with your career.
Also the Divas division will now get 35 seconds each week on RAW.

He'll be there tonight, and he'll be there at Wrestlemania. After that....only Brock knows. |
