RIP El Hijo Del Perro Aguayo.
I watched the video and it looked like he was out cold when he hit the ropes getting ready for the 619 spot. Rey shouldn't be at fault and hopefully it doesn't affect him to badly.
When I heared the news the first thing I thought of was Misawa's death since it happens in a similar way.

Sad. R.I.P. to him.
Also sad is the hate Rey is getting. Idiots.

You can see his whole body go limp when Manik hits the ropes. Before that he was posted up on his knee and looks like just selling getting ready to take a 619. Then that one small snap and you can see he isn't holding himself on the ropes anymore. Very shocking and sad stuff

Ridiculous, the only thing that should even be questioned is the slow response time to the incident. Rey and his partner should no way be at fault.

I don't follow mexican wrestling, so I'm not sure who he is, but it's still sad regardless. RIP.

Sad, no one's fault it seems. Not to go off topic or be insensitive but this is what makes me cringe when I watch Bryan now since he returned from the injury without adjusting his style. Little freak things happen and he's still going balls to the wall, like taking a belly to belly on the outside from Reigns.
Kind of reminds me of Tommy Young's injury, but I guess that was more clear cut as to what happened.

Ok, so I just watched the complete video of his death, and it was really hard to watch.
After Rey dropkicked him, for a second, you would have thought he was just selling. Then, Tigre sent Manik into the ropes. As Rey was running into the other ropes, Manik was tapping Aguayo on the shoulder because he was supposed to dodge the 619, but he wasn't moving. Rey went through the ropes but completely missed the 619. By this point, Manik was violently shaking Aguayo to try and wake him up, but still nothing. Rey, Tigre, and Manik continued wrestling, after which Rey checked on Perro. He called the ref over, and Konnan came down. Konnan was slapping and shaking and doing whatever he could to revive him, but he wasn't reacting at all. The other three finished the match, and afterwards doctors and staff came down. Rey, Tigre, and Manik were in the ring still, and it looked like Rey was crying. Tigre was trying to console him. The doctors put Perro on a stretcher, and took him away. They took him to the front of the arena, and placed him on a gurney, then put him in the ambulance and took him away.
Freak accident. RIP.

He's a twenty year vet who has probably been drop-kicked ten thousand times. If was a freak accident, and I don't see how anyone can be blamed for it.

I actually heard about this, this morning before I went to my first pro wrestling lesson. I learned how to take bumps and run the ropes and all that, still from actually doing wrestling in the ring I can easily see how dangerous it is. Once I got home, I saw the video and it was pretty hard to watch. I'm pretty sad about it now and I don't blame Rey at all. Accidents happen and I'm sure Rey is more sad about it than anybody. RIP

I find it odd that a criminal investigation may be brought in by all of this
