Why is it I totally get why Razor Roman is in the HOF. But I don't get why Nash is going in? I could at least understand him going in as Deisel. But as Nash? The entire Kevin Nash legacy???
I guess I just don't recall any positive Kevin Nash moments. Sure he beat Goldberg, but wasn't dude running creative at that point? Not to mention the finger poke of DOOM.
Not bashing the man I just need help understanding this...

Not that it really matters because there are plenty of head scratchers in the WWE's HOF BUT I will indulge
1/3 of one of the most important group in wrestling history 5 Time WCW World Heavyweight Champion 9 Time WCW Tag Team Champion 1 Time WWF Heavyweight Champion 2 Time WWF Tag Team Champion 1 Time WWF Intercontinental Champion
That's a better resume than most people going in.

I had no idea he was a 9 time WCW tag champion. Impressive resume.

i'm not a fan of nash in some ways but he certainly deserves the hall of fame, if only for his involvement with the nwo and monday night wars.

I will NEVER consider Kevin Nash the man as anything short of a scummy journeyman, who never cared for this art-form above the profits he generated through it. However, his character makes sense to be in WWE's Hall of Fame. He's the last of the true New World Order to enter.

Basically all of this and the fact that he's been wrestling for over 20 years and was a very important figure in the Monday Night Wars. And you can't understand why he's not being inducted as Diesel? Really? He stopped being Diesel 20 years ago.

I think Hall was inducted as Razor because that's what he was always known by in a WWE ring. Nash performed in WWE under his own name, so that's probably why they decided not to induct him as Diesel.

They put in Rikishi and the Bushwhakers this year...I'm cool with Nash going in.

Out of all the inductees, you're gonna question Nash?

I think Hall was inducted as Razor because that's what he was always known by in a WWE ring. Nash performed in WWE under his own name, so that's probably why they decided not to induct him as Diesel. Hall wrestled as Hall when the NWO came to WWE in 2002. He wrestled Austin as Scott Hall at Mania X8. I think the idea was to induct Nash as Diesel and Hall as Razor and then do the NWO as a separate induction. Creating some kind of weird perception that it wasn't just putting the same guy into the HOF twice. However, Nash has said in the past he thought that was stupid. Given he's Kevin Nash, and Kliq for life, they probably didn't fight him on it. And Kevin Nash is the ing man. He deserves to be in the HOF 10 times over. He's one of the biggest stars in the history of the business. Sorry he likes money, and being on top, and more money, and that somehow offends you. What Kevin Nash does, or doesn't do, off screen is of absolutely no importance to me. As a 10-11 year old watching Diesel powerbomb Sid, I didn't care about any of that sh*t.

Only after WCW folded and Vince brought the nWo in. Hall and Nash both performed in a WWE ring using their real names for the same amount of time. Despite his personal reputation, I think he deserves it. And Scott Hall should have been inducted in his name. Razor Ramon did not have an HOF-worthy career.

I would imagine Razor and Diesel are being inducted so at some point down the line they can put Hall and Nash in as the NWO.

Nash should not get into the Hall of Fame because he is 7 feet tall, had a muscular build, and moviestar good looks, without those things he wouldn't have won all those titles and had all those big runs in WWE and WCW.

Maybe 'cause WWE is high off their own stuff from the mid-90's (which was by far their biggest downtime). Who else do they have readily available this year? Alot of guys are waiting for the clock to tick on their retirement before an induction feels earned. WWE is also churning through 'characters' and 'gimmicks' rather than performers or people explicitly. So they're gonna milk this every year as much as possible. Maybe because He's always wielded his backstage power like HHH's sledgehammer. Wouldn't be surprised if he called in some Kliq magic. Definitely not because But regardless, even though I don't like him personally (as really any persona other than his TNA therapist character), to question Nash over some of their other choices this year...hah. Maybe they did it because he was so sweet in Magic Mike...or so that they could get his son to rush up behind him with a steel chair and get his revenge one last time...or perhaps HHH wants him to tear both quads walking up to the podium so that he isn't remembered as the Quad-teariest wrestler of all time. Before you start a topic, you must meditate on these things.

And without a 10 inch d*ck, Ron Jeremy wouldn't have ed 4000 women. Doesn't change the fact he still did it.
