Please put your ideas to send to Toys R Us to improve their dreadful online shopping experience. 1) As of today, March 31st, there are 196 WWE items for sale at Toys R Us uk. Only 36 of them are in stock. Some of the figures sold out TWO YEARS AGO. The people updating this are either understaffed, or lazy as .
2) Why is there not at the very least a filter on the left hand side to show instore, or available for delivery filters? 3) The pictures are rarely of the actual item. Elite 34 John Cena is the first time I've seen updated pictures, but still the series number is not mentioned. 4) The item name needs to include the figures line, and the series number. For Example. Build a figure best of pay per View Kane : Bray Wyatt Figure ELITE Series 34 : Hulk Hogan BASIC Series 49 : Ryback HOW HARD IS IT? Who else has some gripes for TRU to improve their online shopping experience that I can send to them? They may not have the budget to fix it, they may not have the manpower to update, but in me, they rarely have the customer either, as I will always go with Smyths if there's a straight up choice.

I don't really like the TRU site too much. Only really use Smyths. There is a lot of out of stock items, so it's hard to know which version you're getting. I only ever ordered the BAF Christian from there and at £4.95 shipping I never bothered again. Box was beat too, even though I'm a loose collector it did feel like it was a rip off at £4.95 for one figure.

Just link to Smyths website WWE section & say "This is how it should look."

Ha, that, is unbelievable, pictures of figures that were made by a company who lost the license to make WWE toys SIX years ago.

Yeah I agree on all this. I've browsed their site a few times and just left pretty quickly because of how inaccurate everything appears to be. Although funnily enough, I visited their US site recently and I'm sure I recall it being a lot tidier and more up to scratch

Also add to that the lack of the Razor DM. The out of stock items is the worst.
Also, how come US TRU has Undertaker/Kane WM figures and we don't? I wish they could deliver here!
All in all it is a TERRIBLE online experience with them.

Ive always preferred the experience of buying figures in-store than online.
Plus TRU are getting stuff before Smyths at the moment so they are ok in my book

The TRU website has always been crap, why change now.
Yes its the first time in 34 series they've had them before Smyths, they also have Razor DMs before Smyths too. IMO thats where TRU needed to up their game and it seems like they are doing so.

What about an option in the "sort by" box, to search for instock items only?

And is down to the UK distributor's that each company uses regardless.

It's a great idea on desktop. I think it's something to do with aligning their development code somewhat for windows PC's, and ipads and touchscreens and Java. I don't think drops downs work so well on mobile devices especially.

I think, in closing, up-to-date pictures (Remember when people thought they were actually ordering E3 Cena?) and up-to-date stock list. Get rid of all the figures that are 3 years old but still listed on the website despite not being produced anymore.
Maybe a 'Store Check' like Smyths, but that's pushing it.

They have a store check when you select click and collect

I doubt anyone knows of any discount codes? I normally find a £5 off one handy enough
