The belts that come with the new Mattels are pretty nice. My main issue is with the stiffness of the strap itself. If someone were selling replacement leather straps; I would definitely buy some. It wouldn't need the plates, just the same cutouts to fit the plates from the belts we already have.

There was a guy on here a few years ago that did FANTASTIC work on releathering belts, made them look factory made. Maybe search around a little he may still be on here I have a few of his custom belts they are really nice looking.  |
