Out of the divas in that NXT locker room the only ones that are worthy of even being on the main roster right now are Sasha Banks, Bayley and Charlotte Flair but out of these 3 who are the most ready for the main roster? I would say Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks? I'll tell you why...Charlotte the business is in her blood second generation diva the daughter of perhaps the greatest wrestler of all time in WWE's history the Nature Boy Ric Flair and Charlotte has proven that not only does she have charisma of her very own but she is actually very athletic for a diva and not to mention she can actually go she can wrestle in that ring
Sasha Banks is another one she reminds me a lot of AJ Lee in a sense but at the same time Sasha I don't know if anyone knows this or not but Sasha she is the cousin of hip hop artist Snoop Dogg, it's true but in that regard she has succeeded despite her family ties and not only that but Sasha can actually wrestle she can actually go in that ring and she has the charisma to back it up too
At least they would get me excited about the divas division again for the first time in years when the divas division was actually worth giving a damn

I really hope that Sasha and Bayley AREN'T called up anytime soon. I  ing love them and don't want either to be victims of incompetent booking. |

I kinda wanna see Bayley called up because of wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube men on RAW would be freaking hilarious.. but I like her too much to see her booked like s***.

If I had things my way, everyone in NXT would get pay raises and stay in NXT where bad booking can't hurt them.

They could give Charlotte Multiple divas title reigns and have her lose the title and win constantly so by wrestlemania 32 she can be a 16 diva champion so basically make the diva title a hot potato which it no one would care since the diva division is a joke already

Sasha is the best, but I think Charlotte is the next one to be called up.
I'm worried about Bayley though. As talented as she is, I'm afraid the main roster writers won't know how to handle her gimmick properly. They rarely know how to have someone be comedic, but still be taken seriously in the ring. On top of that, the fans who watch the main shows seem to be more jaded than the NXT ones, and when she comes out with the tube men and her aw shucks demeanor, I don't know how people will take it. We already had it happen with Emma, hopefully history won't repeat itself.

Sasha is the best all around performer as far as divas go in NXT but the most charismatic I would say is definitely Charlotte Flair I mean it is in her DNA to be a winner

How about just moving Paige and Emma back to NXT and make NXT even more awesome.
I'm to the point that I'd rather see people from the main roster go to NXT instead of NXT people to the main roster.

As much as I'd like no else I like watching from NXT (which is like 90% of the roster) get called up until they teach the creative team how to properly write a show that doesn't make me cringe most of the time, Charlotte is the only one who like Neville has nothing else left to do on NXT. She's already been NXT Women's Champion for quite a while. Unless they plan on giving her another run with the title, which is very rare on NXT for someone not in multiple tag teams to get more than one run for a title, there's nothing left for her on NXT except to put on great matches. Sasha Banks is fine on NXT and I can see her holding the title until at least September when Bayley beats her (can't see anyone else taking that title from her right now). Becky Lynch will get her turn as the top woman heel on NXT when Sasha's done there, so she's got a while in there. Bayley I would love nothing more than to stay on NXT for a LONG time because I fear the same thing that happened to Emma will happen to her.

Charlotte needs to be brought up NOW. Bayley and Sasha can wait a while. We all seen what happened last year when Emma and Paige were brought up too close together. Emma got pushed to the side and made into an absolute joke.

The division is perfect! Alexa Bliss, Bayley, Becky Lynch, Carmella, Charlotte, Dana Brooke, Dasha Kuret, Devin Taylor, Jojo & Sasha! I'd like them to keep it but I also would love to see Charlotte & Sasha on the main roster
The performance centre girls need to do some house show work, has anyone seen any of them wrestle? - Gionna Daddio, Jasmin Areebi, Kayla Armstrong, Leva Bates, Leyvonna Zakari, Nikki Galladay, Rachelle Walker, Savelina Fanene & Zahra Schreiber I know a bit about them, Gionna - No idea who she is Jasmin - She's an indy wrestler Kayla - Fitness Model Leva - A good wrestler Leyvonna - USO's cousin Nikki - From BGC6 She was a bad fighter on the show and was annoying Rachelle - Indy wrestler Savelina - Rock's cousin Zahra - Shes been there a while |
