No thanks unless they gave us those instead of knee or elbow pads but we don't get enough accessories sometimes as it is I don't want hands taking up budget.

Only on figures where it absolutely made sense. Cena throwing hand gestures or saluting, Stardust putting his palms out, and so on. The problem is that they are currently not tooled to be removable. They would have to change materials or change the arm molds completely to facilitate this. I'm not for it eating up budget. I never want to see a front half painted Mattel in favor of extra hands.

Making them easily switchable isn't very likely...
But I'd love to see some here and there just to make them available, it'd definitely give me a reason to buy some basics that I normally wouldn't look at.
I can't imagine it would cost too much to make some new molds that could get tons of use. Cena hands exist already, DB and Macho Man could share one, RVD could use some, Flair obviously, and how much cooler would that nWo battle pack be with kliq hands?

i would love horseman fingers, RVD Thumbs, open hands, Big Show fist, Diamond hands for DDP. Or even open "shouting" hands for U-SO!, NEW-DAY! or Stings WHOO!. but not really at the cost of accessories. Unless its at the cost of the plastic shirts. Because i hate them. I was reading a review of some Spiderman figure that comes with like 6 extra hands and an extra head. Extra heads would really interest me. It seems like Mattels WWE line is really behind the curb on things like this. Star Wars, DC, Marvel, MOTUC and Gi Joe all have hands or heads as an accessory. The new Marvel Legends Infinite Spider-man has 2 heads, 3 pairs of hands and a slice of pizza. Oh, and a BAF part. All for $19.99, and it's an incredible figure. I'm totally in favor of additional hands and heads if it happens to be applicable to the wrestler. Too Sweet Kliq hands, particularly for Hall and Nash, would be awesome. |

Hi guys! I haven't made a thread in ages, but I felt the need to create this one just to get everyone's opinion!! I was looking at the images of some of my DC collectables Figures that will be coming out later this year. I noticed that they are including extra pairs of posed hands! I know the bigger scale, more expensive figures like the ones from Sideshow always had them. Lately though I've been noticing that more & more smaller scale figures started coming out with extra hands, and it got me thinking!! What if Mattel started giving us Elites with extra hands?? We've seen the shirts, the hats, the chairs, the surf boards...etc! But what if I wanted to pose my RVD with his thumbs, D'bry with his YES hands, Cena with his salute hands, and so on... Would anyone be willing to sacrifice some of the accessories for these, just to keep the cost down? or are they not even that important? Your Thoughts... If mattel would just throw some LOVE back to mattycollector.com now that these figs sell so well we could get tones of cool stuff and I think that would be the place to do it. MOTUC gets ALL kinds of updated packs well WWE could use ONE or TWO...c'mon!? A hand pack with: closed fist for big show, db yes hands, cena cenation hands, rvd thumbs hands, ddp bang hands, macho man finger hand, christian peeps hand, etc etc. I would buy this...wouldn't that justify the price of new molds for future use then? Any pre nWo macho man should have a pointed finger (just imo)... but we could get boot packs too.... maybe a way to fix scale in some issues like Mr. Perfect. THAT'S what's wrong with he fig not the jack swagger body mold (well yes that too in a way) but perfect's singlet was long on the thighs so that works it's his boot that are still to tall. A basic cody rhodes I saw in yellow(?) trunsk had smaller boots I think and they'd have been perfect... Anyways whatever - the point is I'd be more excited by these kinds of packs then let's say those new mix and match figures coming... Everytime I looks at the hasbro marvel and tfs ones I shudder... |

sounds like a good idea but it won't work IMO but i'm open to this idea to give extra hands and heads for WWE figs.

Mattel figures really need double jointed elbows and extra hands. I am sick of Hogan posing with one open hand and one fist. It gets me upset to be honest. Rubber shirt and that open hand makes no sense. It's time to put mattel feet into the fire. They enjoy our money so much, how about giving extra hands and faces and better accessories?
