For the first time in our almost 9 years since we began, EHW ECW is presenting a non-deathmatch tournament. It consists of 12 guys, 12 matches, and one winner. There will be no weapons used in this tournament. It is a show of lucha, strong style, and hold for hold wrestling. There will be a new match uploaded each day until the whole show has been uploaded. I do it this way so I don't overwhelm the viewers with the matches and then this way they can skip what matches they don't want to see. Enjoy guys a please leave comments on what you thought because without you and your comments there would be no EHW ECW. Enjoy. Thank you for posting! Some really cool stuff going on here and some room for improvement.
I really enjoy the feel of your setup. The audience and customized ring give your fed a unique feel. It actually feels like I'm at an indy deathmatch sort of show. Love it!
I also like the originality of your roster. I tried doing a fed like that one, but failed miserably. So, I really appreciate it when I see a newcomer try to do it. Great work on that end.
My only suggestion would be to work on some of your posing. Some are a bit stiff. Nothing a bend of the joint here and there can't fix.
Overall, I really enjoyed this match and am looking forward to seeing more work from you!

"Enter text here" ?? Lol! The crowd was awesome, definitely made it feel like an indy show. Really nice idea to have a non deathmatch tournament too as some people aren't fans of the whole "death match" stuff. The only real improvements I've got would be slow some of the shots down a touch as it felt a little too fast at times and work on the posing. It's a really good idea to upload a match a day as some people can't watch 30+ minute shows. Good stuff! Will be checking back for the other 10 matches.

I've been around on and off since 2006 so I've had quite a wile to make all these different characters. It hasn't been easy but it's what I prefer to do. I'm working on trying to find a good speed for my frames. If somebody can recommend what speed to maybe put it at that would be awesome. Cool concept, really like it.
-Gordon/Harry was a steady start. Poses were a bit slack in some places
-Does 'Andy' have a surname?
-Andy/Renoldo could have done with some string in some places. The crowd shot and 'this is awesome' was a good idea to put in
-Harper/Smith was another solid match
-The backstage segment highlighted that you could have put in more interviews from the other wrestlers to hype their matches and their own chances of winning the tournament
-Smokey/Edwards was a good change of pace
-Xotic/Harris was another nice change with the outside interference this time
-Chad/Electricity was another solid one to finish
I'll check back in six days time when the rest has been posted. I take it the final will be a Triple Threat match? As I said, cool concept. Posing could do with tightening up, and I'd like to see a bit more character development seeing as though it's a fed full of CAWs.

To answer your questions. Andy is just plain Andy lol no other name. Yes it will be a triple threat for the tournament title. I've been trying to incorporate more talking, promos, and interviews to help hype up more matches but I have trouble writing them out sometimes. Also my posing is of course my weak spot but I'm working my best at improving it. Myself and string don't really get along because I don't use a tripod. I may invest in a tripod, rechargeable batteries, and some string after my King of the Deathmatches which I'm currently working on filming. Is there anything else I might need to work on? You review alot of shows so I value your opinion as well as everybody else. |
