really diggin it.
like H4L said...i hope it really has the tan...and its not just the way it was photographed. Because the DM looked tan when we first saw it too....but then we got it, and it was much lighter in person.

Every time I see this headscan it makes me laugh! Which makes me kinda want to buy one. The creepy Hogan Scan. "Brother, have you ever watched Wrestlemania 3...on weed?" Love the scan(mugshot) regardless, even though he looks like a muppet.

Should I preorder this? I know it's wise too for something you want, but I'm wondering how high of demand this figure is in? Will it sell out fast and be on back order for a while?

I don't think this figure is going to stay in stock for very long. If you want it, grab one now. All be it not his most popular attire, Hulk has a large collector and fan base so I expect this figure to go pretty quickly.

Figure looks great! Thanx for this. Def aimed at the "collectors".
Would anyone else be interested in a "Thunder Lips" Hogan from Rocky III? Mattel would nail it! With the robe, and hat.

The eyes make him look like he's on crack Otherwise, not bad. I like his pose in the box and the skin tone looks good. Sniffing or taking lol.

Every time a new Ringside exclusive comes out we get the same comments about how this should just be a Flashback. Why is it exclusive? Why does it cost so much?
And the answer never changes: because.
Because Ringside wants a product that will make them money.
Because they want extra traffic on their site.
Because the price point has to cover a smaller production run.
Because Ringside needs to make up for all the money lost on John Cena figures that they sell for 5 dollars during holiday sales.
Because. So can we stop asking?

Why is this an exclusive? There's very little paint apps on the whole figure and I'm sure this could fit under the standard elite budget This is true of almost every Ringside exclusive. They're not special premium figures, they're just elites with a smaller production run and maybe an extra accessory sometimes.

Face scan reminds me so much of the guy from Hardcore Pawn.

So can we stop asking? one reason i really like this figure....is because it seems more like a real exclusive to me. That awesome HBK could just as easily have been a retail figure. Im surprised it wasn't because i feel like Mattel is leaving money on the table making that an exclusive. The Edge figure was very plain looking. Cactus Jack and debut Brock would've done fine as flashbacks in an elite wave. but this Hogan is a lesser known look from 30 years ago. This isn't something that a collector at retail would immediately recognize. Its probably not a figure that WWE or Mattel would approve for a retail flashback. But RSC requested it....so Mattel made it.

I really want to like this figure, but I don't.
The headband looks a little too puffy and would look better if it was as thick as the DM one.
The packaging is great and looks good for MOC collectors, but that's not me.
I would have preferred if it was a straight up No Holds Barred figure.
