I have been a loyal customer to ringside collectibles for the last 10 years. Will Ringside ever have a program that after 5 orders you earn a free figure $20.00 or less? Might be something to think about... I would buy more to earn my free figure!

Never work because then everyone would be trying to get the one popular figure from the sets that RSC can make money off of as their free figures. The 10% off every order is an incentive enough.

The people who cry because they get a MOC item that's not 100%*, I could only imagine the attitudes people would pull throwing the "I'm a frequent buyer!" card around. Here's their starter kit: *which I can understand wholeheartedly, but its also the risk you run ordering from online.

Maybe they should put every customers name in a hat and pull out a name to win all 3 exclusives for the year.

They offer a sale almost every month, 10% off year around with the wfigs coupon code, and frequent giveaways on Facebook. Not to mention they have excellent customer service. Can't ask for more than that.

I like the idea. I wouldn't be opposed to getting a free figure here and there for spending a certain amount. Doesn't have to be an exclusive or anything like that, but just some of those Orton or Cena basics that they are always complaining about being stuck with. If they installed a loyalty program, some costumers will buy more of the figures they actually want just to get the free figure. Seems like a win win.

$20.00 or less figure... that's how you avoid the hard to get ones I understood what you said, but do you really think people wouldn't be on hear b!tching about how unfair they are because the figure they want is more than $20 ? And why should they get a figure they don't want when they spent all this money? I can think of at least 5 people here would I could see throwing that card out there with all their conspiracy theories. It's just not worth the headaches that it would bring with it.

Sounds like more of a headache than anything else.
10% off is enough for me...and I buy a lot from Ringside.

If u need something u have to go to whatever store to get it right? When u go grocery shopping ,walmart target (kmart and tru does have a point system) or getting gas or lottery tickets or smokes do u go to the same Place or places all the time ? And if so do they owe Or give you free Products just because you shop there all the time? No ,unfortunately for the most part most places in this world don't do that

No ,unfortunately for the most part most places in this world don't do that I've already said I am against this idea...but some supermarkets do have an incentive programs. During the holidays with Shop Rite you earn points with your spendings for a free turkey for Thanksgiving and then a ham or Turkey for Christmas. And Stop & Shop earns points for gas. But I do see what you are saying.

I'd rather them have a reward program, rather than discount codes that don't do much for me. Like, 5 orders and you earn a free shipping code for a future order. From my usual 2-4 figures I buy every other month, I usually save $6 from their 10% on my orders. That's a meal from Burger King. It's something, but nothing special that I look forward to when I go to checkout.

Might be something to think about... I would buy more to earn my free figure! The first thing I ever bought from RSC was a Jakks Bone Crushing Action champions four pack that featured Undertaker, Rocky Maivia, Owen Hart, and British Bulldog. I was so happy. Those were the finest looking belts that Jakks ever produced during the BCA line. But my dog chewed up the IC strap. This must've been in 1999 at the latest.
