Sorry if this got posted alread, but what if they did something like after 5 orders or 100 dollars spent, you get a free basic mystery fig from the most recent line?

Let them run their biz the way they see fit, so many arm chair salesmen on here trying to tell them how to handle their business and spend their money. They got to where they are today for a reason. If you have a legitimate suggestion for them, message them directly instead of seeing if everyone would agree with how you would run their business!

It would be cool to have a points system that would basically be like Toys R Us dollars. Except for the 10% off WFIGS code and the Black Friday/Xmas sales, they never have free shipping codes, or 25% off your entire order, or anything like that. And I could be wrong, but RSC seems like most of their game is in pre-orders, and I'm pretty sure that except for the 10% off code, the other sales don't apply to any active pre-orders, right?
The sales are usually like "we picked out some random crap figures we can't get rid of and lowered the prices a little bit....but you still have to pay shipping".
I dunno....just a suggestion.

I just want free shipping at a certain dollar figure. They kind of do that though with the 10% off WFIGS code, if you view it that way. Chances are the 10% off will eclipse the actual shipping charge if you spend enough. For instance, a case of E35 is $130. 10% off is $13, and the UPS ground shipping option is $12. So the discount code covers your shipping expense. In general, I agree with you. Entertainment Earth does free shipping on all orders over $100, pre-orders included. AND, they ship items individually as they become available, versus holding your order until it's all in-stock. Awesome service and why I constantly go back and recommend them.

Just want to correct you that its a set of 6, not a case. That would have been below retail price per figure...and you got my hopes up.

If you have a legitimate suggestion for them, message them directly instead of seeing if everyone would agree with how you would run their business! Nobody is telling them what to do or how to handle their business. What you have here is a group of loyal customers throwing out ideas and having friendly conversation while people like you come in here and contribute nothing but to tell people what they should and shouldn't talk about. A lot of places have loyalty incentives, so I don't know why so many posters have responded as if that's some kind of foreign concept and outlandish idea. It's not "agree with how we want them to run their business," it's "does anyone agree with this idea that would benefit others too?" No reason to play message board police. The number of deleted posts in this thread is evidence enough that the message board police don't need you to lecture people.
