A few things. First, they're not in scale with the regular line of figures, so there's that. Someone on here posted side-by-side comparisons of them with their regular line counterparts and these things were way taller. So they're too big.
Secondly, everyone who has them says they feel flimsy and cheaper, which is probably true considering it looks like you just slide the pieces into place. I've seen figures like that from other companies in the 90's and they were flimsy garbage, too.
Also, you can't even use the parts for customization with the regular figures. Because the figures are bigger, the parts are going to be too big, too. Plus they appear to be built a totally different way. I think from pics I saw, the neck peg was on the head instead of on the torso. So you can't even swap heads with regular figures.
Lastly, kids aren't going to give a sh** about this stuff. They don't care about Super Strikers, they didn't care about FlexForce. They just care about the regular figures. Kids of a certain age aren't going to be easily swayed by dumb gimmicks. They're smarter than that. As a kid, this would've been an easy pass for me. As an adult, it's an even easier pass.
Maybe if they were closer to scale with the regular line and you could make generic jobbers, that would get me interested.

While aimed at kids they really do not provide a much cheaper alternative for parents to a good ol $10 basic, and I can't see kids bugging for them. When I was a kid, when I wanted a Batman, I wanted a Batman, not arctic scuba gear Batman, or some other craziness. I wanted wrestlers who looked like the ones on TV, not ones in gladiator armor. ^Me from a different thread on this topic. I had that arctic Batman and scuba Batman! From Batman Returns! And I never wanted either one of those. I just got them because it was a gift or the store didn't have black Batman or he had some stupid gimmick that made it difficult to actually play with him.

I grabbed the hulkster. I like the idea, but they dont feel the same as the basics and elites. They feel cheap so for that reason, im out. Don't know if you've got the hof hogan but if so, can you put the caw head on it and take a pic? Thanks. I do have it, but dont like popping the heads off. Always afraid of breaking the figure.

I just wish I could frigging find these things! No targets around me have them, and hardly any on ebay. Ugh, I just want hogan so I can do a head swap onto my spare DM, or the heritage figure. I want the mask too

Someone who reviewed the figures posted pics and confirmed the ability to do so

It's a totally new concept for wrestling figs. I hope they stay. I hope they stick around as well. Will these be target exclusives? I wish Target would sell wwe toys online.
