The attire and the tattoos are really good. The physique isn't very accurate from the side view but let's not forget that WWE tend to be very kind to their wrestlers on that score (they generally make their wrestlers look in healthier, better shape than they really are in video games, figures and even in photo shoots) so I wouldn't worry too much if you don't have the sculpting skills to remedy that. It's really about getting the head right from here. I'd suggest lowering the neck or making sure the lowest point of his chin sits lower if possible. He'll basically look like a buffer version of the real Kevin Owens then.

Looks good! The only thing I'd change is the torso. It might help to add some cotton balls if that shirt has any room.
