Let's be honest, Bret is awesome, but his medical opinion doesn't mean dick. Daniel Bryan says he'll wrestle again, so wrestle again he shall.

I hope he is wrong.....but I'm starting to feel that he isn't.
Also your career wasn't ended by Goldberg Bret. Yes he injured you....but not getting medical treatment and continuing your schedule is what finished you aul son.

Sad, but likely true

I hope it's not true. Bret Hart hasn't exactly been the most reliable source in his later years. Still though, things don't look good for MY BOI D-BRY!

Does Bryan have post concussion syndrome?
WWE has been very secretive during this whole thing about just what is going on with Bryan.

I can only cross my fingers and hope Daniel Bryan eventually returns.

If Daniel Bryan does wrestle again, when is it going to be? Fall at earliest? If by some chance he wrestles at Summerslam I will go, but that doesn't seem likely.

I agree with Bret, even though I really dislike him and everything he says is negative or degrading.
I hope Daniel Bryan does return but I'd rather a healthy retired D-Bry than him end up in a wheel chair

I think he's right you know; no matter how much he wants to come back, no matter how much the fans want it. Its not gonna happen I dont think, I just cant see it.

I'm not a doctor and neither is Bret. So neither of us should be diagnosing anyone.

Isn't Bryan's neck not the problem? Isn't it his arms? Well I think Bryan will be back eventually once he's fully healthy. I hope he gets the right treatment and surgery for him to return for good at 100%.

Does Bret Hart have ANYTHING positive to say about anything?

Let's just wait until more facts come to light.
Bret unsubtly attaches his name to more modern things, but it's harmless IMO...

I hope he gets the right treatment and surgery for him to return for good at 100%. 100%? More like 75% to me. When anybody gets injured and has to undergo surgery, you are never the same after. A prime example is Steve Austin. When he injured his neck at SummerSlam 1997 and later received surgery back in 2000, his neck wasn't the same. Austin acknowledged on his podcast many times he had to change his style from being a mechanic to a brawler. Had the incident at SummerSlam '97 not transpired, who knows how long Austin would have been an in-ring performer. Does Bret Hart have ANYTHING positive to say about anything? Bret Hart is likely speaking from his own experiences and observations. One of many reasons why the Dynamite Kid is in the shape he is in is because of this style. Look at Chris Benoit. Those dying headbutts did more harm than good. Most of the talents of today don't work a safe style. One of the reasons why Jerry Lawler didn't get injured much in his prime is because he worked a safe style. Everybody is build differently. Daniel Bryan's style is doing more harm to him than good. It is a shame Bryan isn't featured on the main event. At his age, he is now in his prime years to maximize the amount of cash he can make. If his body can't hold up to performing at an A+, it is like art imitating life. Bryan would be better suited for this submission prowess rather than relying on high spots that would make his body deteriorate faster.

You should probably want everyone to stop wrestling then. Not everyone is in the same situation as Daniel.. People could you end up in a wheel chair or die anytime they get in the ring. People who were in very similar situations to Bryan wrestled for years afterwards. If he wants to wrestle, I want him to wrestle.
