I actually enjoyed the RA era as much as the Attitude era.
The current reality era storylines are lame and stale. But the in ring wrestling has been great.

It's the era I grew up watching so I'm very fond of it. However I love all eras of wrestling.
I want to be able to watch wrestling with my young daughter when she's old enough in a couple of years and the Attitude Era wouldn't have been suitable.
There's positives and negatives in every era.

I never get tired of it, call it nostalgia.

Nah. Loved that stuff. I feel more of the cringe worthy crap came after the Attitude Era such as Triple H humping dead bodies.
Ruthless Aggression Era was sweet, as well.

These two things have been exploited for longer than they existed in the first place! Attitude was what, '96-'01? So it was around for 5 years, and people have been nostalgic for it for 14? Same for the Monday Night Wars as a whole. ECW is just about the same, it lasted for 8 and people have obsessed over it for 14. I say this as someone who grew up with that stuff. We need something new! You can't live in the past - you can only go to the museum so many times. Even if the product now isn't perfect, ugh... The only thing entertaining about your dumb opinion is that big booty broad in your sig. Get out!

Your loyalty shouldn't rest solely with Attitude!

I liked New Gen more than the Attitude Era I was never a Rock fan, and the attitude era was worse than it is remembered as. I'll also take WCW Crusierweight Division over WWF lower card, as will many. I also am a big Taker fan but I could never get with the Ministry of Darkness gimmick. 2004 FTW

Your loyalty shouldn't rest solely with Attitude! Look, brother, I love the Pro Wrestling. I LOVE it... and the Attitude Era is not the ONLY Era I love. It's just the funnest time period of Pro Wrestling History. For the record though, I love me some New Generation AND I loves me some Golden Era too, where both time periods were Bret's old stompping grounds! Actually now that I think about it, my favorite time period MIGHT even be The New Generation Era due to the nostalgia of my boy Hitman being the Top Dawg! But yeah back on topic, The Attitude Era kicks balls!

I would be a liar if I said that I didn't like the Attitude Era just as much as the next guy. When I discovered ECW I loved it. I would definitely not say it was overrated.
I think the issue does come into play with comparisons. It is like comparing the era where Pistol Pete Maravich was the best basketball player to the time of Michael Jordan. Just two different ball parks.

I honestly think tht attitude Era is over rated, I went back and re watched a lot of the episodes from my childhood fame and it definitely wasn't as entertaining as I thought it was when I was younger and I'm 29 now

No! But Ruthless Aggression could've been the best era if they hadn't jacked Batista Orton and Cena to the for front. I mean Batista Orton and Cena wouldn't be stale if they would've given their title shots to Guerrero Benoit Jericho Edge Christian RVD

I only get sick of Attitude Era Fanboys that always say how "WRESTLING"(eventhough they never watch anything beside WWE) was so much better back then and how "WRESTLING" sucks nowadays eventhough these people completely ignore everything bad about the past and everything good that happend afterwards the Attitude Era.

In terms of wrestling, the Attitude Era might be the worst period of all time.
I'd take New Generation era WWF over Attitude Era WWF almost every day.

People gravitate towards that era because it dramatically changed the landscape of professional wrestling/sports entertainment. We'll never see an era like that again; which isn't to say wrestling won't ever have another major "boom" period. But, if it does, it will be unique and nothing like the Attitude Era.

This is ridiculous. You can't go off proportions when it comes to nostalgia. That's like saying when you're over 50 and you get all nostalgic about your early 20s. That's like 10% of your lifetime but you can't look back fondly on it because it was so short in comparison? That's absurd.
