Im kind of having a hard time believing this one. I mean do accidents happen and stuff flies around in crazy matches and stunts....sure. I mean we only have to look as far as Lesnar throwing a car door into the stands to make that argument valid. However I'm very much having a hard time with the guy not knowing who hit him (if this did occur). I mean I'd believe it more if he narrowed it down to whoever was competing at the time, instead of claiming it could have been one of 12 people. Like did you get hit with the chair then not think to turn around and see who was in the area? Isn't that your job as a security guard to secure the area? Does getting hit with a chair not set off any alarms? Perhaps thats why he is a former security guard. Its also not like baseball where everyone is wearing the same Jersey and apparel. I find it hard to believe that if he simply looked at WWE.com's superstar section that he wouldn't be able to distinguish R-Truth from Fandango, or a masked Kane at that point. Add to the fact that your own security team has no record of this incident, its hard not to call this guy a liar for suing 2 years after the fact. EDIT: After doing a little bit of research there was only one Live Event show in Savannah in 2013 and it seems like R-Truth, Cody Rhodes, Fandango nor Cesaro were even at this event. It looks like this guy pulled his "Suspect List" from a WWE.com archived list of superstars scheduled to appear ( www.wwe.com/events/wwepresents-live-savannah), when in reality here are the results online of who actually competed. ( www.wrestlingnewsworld.com/wwe-live-results-62313-savannah-georgia/) The only thing that throws up a red flag is the results which says Ambrose uses a chair (which leads me to believe why he is being singled out in this lawsuit) My two cents: Seems like a poor attempt at a frivolous lawsuit

Yeah, thing about these kind of lawsuits, you have to literally show years worth of medical evidence of your sustained injury. That medical care is covered by the individual's medical insurance, and comes out of pocket, and then is included in the compensation damages if they win the lawsuit. We're a sue happy society, but the standards for our sue happy world are better than they used to be. Good luck to this guy. If he's full of sh*t, which I have to be honest in saying I think he sounds like it, then they're going to know pretty quickly based on his medical history over the past 2 years.

Wouldn't they need to have an idea of who him him before filing suit? It seems odd to be suing 11 just because they happened be there.

It's not totally fair of me, but honestly I pretty much automatically don't buy these things. "yeah, sure buddy..."

This is probably like when Big Show sued the authority hopefully it works out to be a real life story line. I was out there protecting the superstars from the crowd, until 1 of 12 superstars hit me with a chair to the back. It ruined my playtime with my wife. Maybe the new personal story mode on WWE 2k? ;D

Cody Rhodes was there though because he worked the opener. He was teaming with Sandow in Rhodes Scholars at the time.

Just as an example of how far these dumbasses are "reaching", the wife mentioned a lack of "conjugal fellowship".
Reeks of desperate.
I hope this gets thrown out. WWE seems to be getting a lot of these idiots nowadays trying it on.

Lmao that would be like going to the bar and getting assaulted, not knowing who actually did it so you sue everyone that was in the bar that night for assault.... see how stupid that sounds?

"Somebody hit me, so I'm gonna sue everyone in the building!"
Sounds legit.

So a superstar was supposedly hit a security guard with a chair so hard that he can't use his stick anymore to please his Wife?
Man of all the ways to not be honest with your Wife that you have erectile dysfunction. "No! Hunny, I swear, Kane hit me in the back with a chair and it broke it! Honest!"

Oh wait that's what that means! Oh Jesus.... If this story was true 1 of 2 things.. 1. If I was that guy I would have never let my wife put that in a lawsuit.. 2. If I was Ambrose I'd be in the back like, "so I broke someone's dick once....hey don't look at me that way I didn't even touch him..the chair bounced and hit him in the back...yeah idk either man..
