I already heard how her match goes (thanks to spoilers) and I think everyone who watches it is gonna be very surprised at what moves she can pull off now.
I will have to watch it and check it out. It seems on Total Divas they are pushing that she will be the one to end Nikki Bella's Title reign, I wouldn't be too shocked if she ends up on Raw in a matter of months and takes the belt off Nikki. Vince has put too much time and money into building Eva Marie.

From what I've read she didn't do that bad.
I'll judge tomorrow though.
It should also be noted that many people are saying her recent NXT house show matches with Bayley have been solid. Apparently Bayley got two good matches out of her so that is awesome of Bayley!

I am one of the few who is very optimistic about Eva Marie. From watching her training with Brian Kendrick on Total Divas, is seems she doesn't want to phone it in (something you should never do) and is very serious about the industry. If it is helping her pay her bills, she sure is going to take wrestling seriously. Eva Marie is in good hands. |

Don't get me wrong. I hope she does well. She needs to do something to show she belongs. She's pretty much stolen money from the company for two years while doing nothing. On the flip side, I dislike her so strongly on Total Divas that I hope she doesn't find success.
I guess I'm split.

Eva is a heat magnet. She's capable of nuclear, molten lava, heat. It doesn't matter if she sucks or not, people are going to boo the hell out of her. She's going to figure out the in-ring stuff to the best of her ability. As a character who can draw a reaction though, she's worth all the time and energy. I'm looking forward to her match tomorrow but she's still all of 2 months into the business. I'm not expecting a 5 star classic but something passable she can build on is more than enough at this point. I get that Total Divas has turned her into a villain, but there have been plenty of women with the exact same agenda walk through the door and end up on Raw, so let us get real. At least she trained with TBK and she's going to put in time at NXT. Yep. If she sucks, she sucks. But, at least she's shown some genuine interest in trying to learn. Can't fault a girl for being pretty and getting hired. |

I'll give her the benefit of a doubt as she finally decided to get some formal training to learn how to wrestle.
However, it's impossible for me to get behind someone who so obviously has such little knowledge and passion for wrestling.
