Just saw it today Liked it but didn't love it. I could watch the first one on repeat daily. This one I probably will just watch again when it hits cable
I'll refrain from getting into too much because I don't know how to do the spoiler click thing.
At least this movie got us some sweet ass Marvel Legends
Just bring on Thor Ragnarok and I'll be happy. Need something to advance us towards the Infinity War movie(s)

I wish they'd bring back Agent Carter.

Just finished seeing GOTG2 and it was good, but not as great as the first one. Drax and Baby Groot were the best characters of the movie! I will say it was surprising to see some comic characters for the first time though.

I was really shocked at how small of a part Gamora played in GotG Volume 2.. Her role along with Nebula's I feel could have been cut entirely and the film wouldn't have been affected in the slightest.
Nebula's role was extremely pointless.. Either she's playing a LARGE key role in Infinity Wars and that's why she was pushed so far to the front of the cast in this sequel, or James Gunn is a fan of the actress and really wanted to give her something to do.

So. Guardians was amazing. Though does it take place immediately after the first?? Yeah IMDB says 3 months later. So it takes place around the time of Winter Soldier. Makes sense considering some of the scenes.

I believe Gunn wants to make a spinoff of her.

I enjoyed the movie, Yondu was the best character, he was in 2 of my favorite scenes, "I'm Mary Poppins yall", and the scene when Rocket and Yondu told Groot to get the fin, I legit was dead of laughter. I also enjoyed the Stan Lee cameo!

I loved Vol. 2
Not quite as good as the first one, but not far off. Still an instant hit. The ending hit me hard, it was really emotional. If Vol 3 is this good this might be my favorite Marvel trilogy.

GOTG3 would have to be something UNREAL for it to unseat Caps trilogy with me......

GOTG3 would have to be something UNREAL for it to unseat Caps trilogy with me...... I know Civil War was technically in Caps trilogy, but that was not a Captain America movie. That was really Avengers 2.5, well to me atleast. I think the weakest trilogy is Iron Man so far. I hated 2 and I thought 3 was crap as well. But also I wasn't impressed very much by Age of Ultron either.

I'm really excited that Marvel is going to start expanding the Cosmic side of the MCU.. If there's anything that'll keep me watching movies by Marvel Studios after RDJ, Chris Evans, Hemsworth, and the other original cast is gone, it's expanding SPACE.

Captain America's motivations are front and center in Civil War, and he's clearly the main character. I still consider it a Cap movie just on steroids

I for one am delighted. I have really been enjoying season 4.

This season has legit matched S1 of Daredevil as my favorite season of TV in any of the MCU shows.
