Has anybody here come up with ways to fix the scale of guys like Kevin Nash and the Undertaker in RA form?

buy Mattels?
honestly though there really isnt a way without heavily modding the figure. You'd have to do a lot of cutting, modding and sculpting.

Switch the lower legs with the lower legs of the early managers.
Well that works for Nash. Closest you can get with Taker is tall kickpads

I used to use my deluxe aggression Taker. It seemed to be in scale with ruthless aggression figures.

I'm not sure how the guy did it, but I received a bunch of hybrid ruthless/deluxe style customs a few years ago and the guy changed out his RA lower legs with Deluxe lower legs on quite a few of his figures. If it was too hard I can't imagine he would have done it with over 30 of them. He would use the Deluxe style kneepad to cover up the 'weirdness' of the knee joint. I might be able to show a couple pictures if needed
*Edit* He also did combinations of the parts. The Lex Luger I have was RA lower legs, Deluxe upper legs and crotch, RA torso and arms, and Deluxe Head. That way its the USA Lex in the scale of RA, but with a little added articulation. Still one of my favorite figures even if Jakks didn't actually make it.

Using the entire lower half (waist down) of a DA Nash with the entire upper half (waist up) of an RA Nash works really well. You need to split the torso to switch them though.

Sorry I don't have pics next to other figures, only by itself, but trust me the scale with other RAs looks great (click to enlarge): Attachment DeletedAttachment DeletedAnd as a bonus here's my Sid Vicious with RA Big Show lower legs and the "super-heavyweight" style torso, both mods again make the scale much better (click to enlarge): Attachment Deleted

Now that i know it looks good, i'm sold! The Sid truly was a bonus, i was thinking about him as well. Does he match up well with that Nash?

Yeh my Nash and Sid are about the same height as each other with those mods (still taller than most RAs though). For Sid be warned though, if I remember correctly I had to sand down the joint "disc" on the RA Big Show lower legs a bit to get it to fit into the regular RA thigh socket. It's easy enough to do with a rotary tool though. I also used some RA Big Show lower legs on my Viscera to make him a little taller. But while the added height does look good, in this case the lower legs do look a little skinny for him, so I kinda regret this mod: Attachment Deleted

Use their DA figures for the larger guys.

Use their DA figures for the larger guys. Yup. I picked up a DA Snitsky to use as the base for Sid. Quick head and arm swap later and it was all good. I also use DA Nash in my heavily customised nWo setup. Its not ideal I know but it really is the best option.

I don't think you can really fix it.
