They could use her as the female equivalent of Brock. And that's pretty much it. Without any competition she'd be near-useless to them in the context of a full time schedule.

Full-time, definitely not. Apart from Tamina (and nobody cares about Tamina), the only woman in WWE who would look remotely credible against her is Stephanie McMahon... A non-wrestler. Steph has had two really good matches before against semi-trained/bad wrestlers (Trish in 2001 and Brie in 2014), so I could see them working out a good match between her and Rousey. They could do an underdog story with someone against Rousey, maybe Becky Lynch. And they could have Rousey destroy and shut up the Bellas and Paige at some point. But I don't see any long-term sustainability in it. Once or twice a year, perhaps. Stephanie McMahon is credible against Ronda Rousey? If Stephanie doesn't get squashed and spend the whole match trying to run away then the match will be trash. If she gets any offense in at all it should be a single slap right before she gets her arm snapped. Stephanie is of a similar size to her. She's the only one besides Tamina who looks like they could hurt Ronda Rousey even if she let them (or if she gets distracted from interference etc) -- obviously, when skill is factored in, it's Rousey every time.

Let's say Ronda decides she wants to be a full time WWE Diva. Under those circumstances this is what you do: when she debuts, have Stephanie or Hunter or whoever say, "They may have had you face some stiffs when you were in UFC, but in WWE our competitors are head and shoulders better than the UFC." Then you prove it by having her have a competitive match with Becky, Sasha or Charlotte and boom. You have a new semi-dominant diva who is a bigger draw than 99% of your roster, and you don't even have to bury the roster of divas you have to do it.
Seriously, Ken Shamrock was in WWE. Realistically he would have killed everybody he faced, but they booked him in ways that made WWE look equal to UFC, and Shamrock to be equal to the other wrestlers.
Booking Rousey to just kill everyone would basically just be saying "Hey, UFC is way better. You should just go watch that instead."

Nobody in WWE is a legitimate threat to her because nobody in UFC is a legitimate threat to her. She tosses people's crap in like 30 seconds. No amount of storytelling could convince me that anyone would have a chance against her in WWE.

I'd love to see Rousey in WWE. I have no interest in seeing her face Stephanie Mcmahon though.

I want to see Charlotte vs Ronda. Just over the idea of the 4 horse women. That would get my attention

Nah let her keep kicking ass in UFC
However, at this rate she won't have any opponents left so...

Stephanie McMahon has slapped the $#!+ out of 250+ lb men, trained in boxing and BJJ and has her own fitness DVD. She can beat women in the UFC.

Have Ronda run through all the Divas and then cut a promo on how she is untouchable in the Octagon and now the Squared Circle and that no one could dominate her which leads to he being interrupted by

I love Ronda but I don't want to see her in WWE on a regular basis. Her friend Jessamyn Duke on the other hand I would like to see that if her MMA career fails. Plus Hollywood is in love with Ronda so she'll get a ton of movie offers.
