Hey guys, I thought I would share some pics of two recent purchases of mine from eBay. I hope that you'll enjoy them.  The last time I made a thread like this was about four and a half years ago when I shared pics of my Mini Rings collection. Consider this a continuation, if you wheel, since I've picked up where I left off with two new Mini Rings additions!  These were listed separately by the same eBay seller, and I was fortunate enough to come away with the winning bids. I had them shipped together and the total came to $27.49, which I think is a fair price considering these packs are hardly, if ever, listed for sale. I know next to nothing about the origin of these packs. If anyone has any info (release dates, retail cost, store availability etc.), please do share. I would love to know whether these were released before or after the original Mini Rings playset in the fall of 1997.                 I won't be posting any loose pics since I don't plan on opening either pack until I come across another set. As you can see, the 3" figures are exactly the same as those from the boxed version. However, the ring base has been cut in half and the only accessories inlcuded included are the ring ropes and posts. With that said, I want to thank you for taking the time to look and/or comment, and I hope the pics didn't take too long to load.  |

I had those.
Only seen the package that came with the ring. I never saw the figures sold separately.
There is a King of the Ring one and...maybe one or two others as well.

Do you remember if you saw a package with just the King of the Ring figures in it or the ring itself? I would have never guessed Jakks released more of these reduced sets. |

amazing. thank you. i never had the red white blue one but i had three or four after that. i automatically assumed the ring was the same.

I've seen the figures pack on here before, but never in person. I've never seen the ring packaged like that, wasn't aware it existed.

I have only seen a nod owned the packs which included the figures AND the ring. The KOTR set in particular was awesome because it came with a little cape and crown. I used to have that set with the ring and 6 mini figures when I was a kid. Nice score.

I've never seen the figures and ring separate before, that's cool. I broke so many of those mini rings when I was younger, would have loved to have known they sold the rings by themselves.

Interesting find, I wonder how cost-effective it was to separate them. The ring itself looks pretty lame (no padding/gates around the outside, no timekeeper's bell, cage, etc.), but it makes for a great collection piece.

Those are pretty neat, I never seen them packaged like that either. I had this one and the Royal Rumble one that had Marc Mero, Jerry Lawler, LOD, Paul Bearer and someone else I think. I still have them in storage in my basement.
Edit: Just checked your mini rings post and man I never realized there was that many! The Raw is war one I would love to add to my collection especially. That Goldust is phenomenal. Also awesome how the King of the ring set came with a crown and cape!
