To my knowledge, the last TTL series of figures to be released prior to Real Scan technology taking over was either the Back Alley Street Fight Series, Double Slam Series 4, or the SmackDown Raw Heat Series.
All three hit stores by late July/early August 2000. It was only a few weeks later that Jakks released Real Scan TTL figures with the likes of TTL Series 4, Rulers of the Ring Series 1, and the TRU Exclusive Wiseguyz 4-pack.
