I finally got my elimination chamber from ebay, and there are pieces  ing missing! the ad says never put together, all pieces accounted for, but it certainly is not. The Elimination Chamber Real Scale Ring didn't include a ring skirt. Other than that, you did get screwed. Open a PayPal claim maybe? It sucks when sellers pull stuff like this.

So im wondering if i should just hold onto it, i already paid for it and its gonna cost me even more to ship it back, its the cheapest ive ever seen one, supposedly complete. I know a place where i can get spare pads and i can use ringposts and a mat from one of my other rings for now. Biggest issue is the missing pod pieces.
Thoughts?

Return it. Where are you going to get pods? Even if you have to pay up for it eventually, you're going to be happier in the long run.

I'd keep it until you get the spare pieces OR until you get a complete one in which case You'd be able to get your money back on eBay

Damn it, I've had so many problems wit Ebay it's a joke. Sucks to hear this man, I would personally return it if I could, but I see your dilemma. Maybe open a claim that it was not what it was listed as, and you could get this clown to pay return shipping. Hate when people get away with this crap, that's why I wouldn't make it easy on him. Also give him bad feedback.  |

I had something similar happen to me and ended up having eBay send me a postage label AND get a full refund. So you might be able to get all of your money back, just contact eBay.

I had something similar happen to me and ended up having eBay send me a postage label AND get a full refund. So you might be able to get all of your money back, just contact eBay. Exactly what he said above ! I been buying and selling since 1998 and its great BUT on certain items and I know its not your fault ask for more photos or questions especially with wrestling stuff as I learned one time the hard . But you are 100% covered so call Ebay ASAP and they will cover your return shipping and Im sure you know this but when selling list many photos and give a detailed description and youll have little problems . TC Oh to also see if he was a crook give him one chance to refund your money plus return shipping and if he refuses you know he knew as a honest seller like myself would never ever take a chance of Bad feedback and crap I would even tell you to keep the item as it was my mistake . Its just how I do business as our name is everything and theres many other good sellers But really look into what your buying as theres tons of bad wrestling stuff on there ! Good Luck |

Feebay never took a cut from me and even today I still sell twice as much off there then on  and once again even I was fooled one time when I started this hobby a few years ago . Ask questions and look at photos and I always ask for items to be wrapped individually and no newspaper ! Still cant believe some sellers would through a new out of box figure in a un padded bag or in newspaper where the ink rubs off into the figure . |

If you have raised a case ebay should sort it and get you refunded, they are usually pretty good from my experience.
