They are far too generic. Seriously for the last few years I have looked at all the WWE Divas and most of them have something in common, they all look the same and act the same. Face Divas all pine to the fans and have the same character where heel Divas are basically just generic, bitchy, high school bully characters
If Divas had gimmicks and attires that made them stand out I honestly think they would be much more interesting to watch. For instance lets look at masks and facepaint we have never seen divas wear those in WWE and how about OTT gimmicks like psychos, dark characters, rock stars etc. If the WWE divas all had things like that I believe the division would be on fire and look at the NXT ones they're all good wrestlers but no characters to help them get over.
Out of all the Divas in WWE history I would say that the most stand out ones would be. Chyna Sable Lita Trish Luna Moolah Aj Lee The rest are all just so similar to each other it's boring.
In know why the WWE have the division like this it's because they like the idea of models in the ring that fans can drool over but if I had the choice I would rather watch women with interesting attires and gimmicks which would make them stand out and get over.

Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch had their characters fleshed out in NXT. The main roster doesn't give them that time.
Hell, Bayley is in the midst of some of the best character development I've ever seen down in NXT.

I read that Sexy Star from AAA and Lucha Underground had a tryout a few years back. They doesn't hire her because she wasn't attractive enough without her mask. So I doubt we'll be seeing a masked Diva anytime soon. |

I would love to see something like that-especially a masked or psycho girl but they want them mostly to be and look like prissy, glitzy reality tv stars and Maxim models. If you remember GLOW from the 80's and WOW from the early 2000's, that showed how fun and interesting they could do gimmicks and attire. Sure they were very kiddie, cornball and cartoony but you could refine that and make it edgy and cool for today.

The NXT divas are interesting due to their more focused development, but the main roster divas do lack character that is interesting.

If the pictures of her unmasked are actually her, she looks fine. She's just as attractive as most of the other women on the roster. It's also ridiculous to say any woman is unattractive while they have Tamina on the roster. |

Neville and Sami Zayn both had amazing character development during their feud last year too. Neville's been on the roster for over four months and he's basically just "That guy who does flippy sh*t and wears a cape" |

One thing I hate about the Divas division is the fact that they dont act skanky or dress sexy (for the most part) anymore.
