Ugh... down by over a 100 with five players to go... all in the NE/SEA SNF game. I came back from over 70 down last week. Fingers crossed the Patriots destroy the Seahawks defense tonight. It's okay if Jimmy Graham has another big game. I'm gonna need some points from him too

The Blake Bortles train continues to keep a chuggin'! CHOO CHOO!
Seriously though, Bortles playing just not bad enough to net me 20 a game and let Murray, who seems to be the steal of the century, do the rest is keeping me alive. Yay for mediocrity!

Is it going to be enough??? Let say a conservative and reachable second half: Brady - 200 yards (8) and 2 TD's (12) = 20 Blount - 70 yards (7), a TD (6), 3 catches (3) and 20 yards (2) = 18 Gronk - 5 catches (5), 70 yards (7), 2 TD's (12) = 24 Graham - 5 catches (5), 50 yards (5), a TD (6) = 16 Gostkowski - 3 XP and a FG (3) = 6 Total = 84 The score at half half 162 - 81 becomes 162 - 165. I am not wishing you any bad luck, but I have seen it happen before, and not just his last week spree. One never has enough of a lead until the final game is finished.

Last week was ridiculous with Murray and Graham blowing up for 30 plus each. I don't see a comeback happening this week - even though Blount is trying real hard for me

I was not expecting as much as they scored, but you never can predict what can happen, otherwise we would all be working in Vegas or for a sports network.

You did, but it could have very well gone as I showed. Brady does not often go for less than 2 TD's a game and if one had been to Gronk along with some more yardage for Gronk, it would have been a lot closer. Graham did not fulfill the prediction and Blount did not get the yardage I mentioned, but did get the TD. Gostkowski would have gotten to his total if Brady had gotten his. But congrats, you got the win.

I need two points from Hill tonight for this league and I need OBJ to be held in check, under 11 points, to win in the friends league I have with Ace. Here's hoping.

the first half of my season went so well in both my leagues.....then it was just loss after loss and Bye weeks hitting at the wrong time

the first half of my season went so well in both my leagues.....then it was just loss after loss and Bye weeks hitting at the wrong time This year I do not think it makes any difference in how one plans to replace players. I make sure that I take players that do not have the same bye weeks and it still becomes an issue since the players that I do not have on bye invariably get injured the week before they are due to fill in and miss the game that I need them for.

Still slightly salty that two of my loses came against the top scoring team that week when I was the second highest scoring team and a third came when I was third highest.
