So I just found this talking Goldberg figure at a yard sale for free. It's pretty cool but I have no idea what series or type of toy it is. On the boots all I could make out is 1999 WCW Marvel Inc.

Sorry phone is dead but I can describe in detail. His shorter than two Mattel's on top of eachother, but way taller than one by it's self. He talks and has a goatee and has a very hairy chest.

I think you're talking about the WCW Tuff Talk 12" figures. I had one when I was younger. I had the Sting too.
