i dunno how a case in 1983 can be considered valid for punishment...like why was nothing done about this for 30+ years? this country is  ing stupid.if he's found guilty, while not as offensive as what someone like Benoit did, it's still a tragedy and he should be removed from the WWE Hall of Fame and basically taken out of wrestling in general. with how quickly the WWE dropped Hogan for a ridiculous thing, if Snuka is proven guilty of this they should treat him the same if not worse. overall this is just a shame. the whole thing. I take it you've never watched true crime cold case shows? Usually these cases get solved because of technological advances that help them better analyze old evidence, or new evidence comes in, or old witnesses finally start to speak up, etc. I guarantee they didn't charge him based on the same stuff they've had for 32 years; something had to change recently that convinced them to charge him. |

Wait, what? Paying bail doesn't just erase any charges against you. It just means you're not in jail while you're awaiting trial, doesn't it?

Alright as a Canadian who works for the judicial system, your system officially confuses the crap out of me. If he's been charged with murder, how can he be given bail if he's already been released from custody or never was in custody to begin with? That is what bail is for, as a condition to release you from custody. I understand that if he paid bail now that he wouldn't be in custody now but that doesn't mean he wasn't arrested.

If they don't wipe him from history, then it's not fair to how they treated Hogan. There's no way he doesn't get Benoit-style blackballed. I hope everyone has that image of Snuka's MSG cage dive burned into their heads. Because you'll never see it on WWE TV again. |

He surrendered to a Lehigh County detective and was arraigned and he was charged with third degree murder and involuntary manslaughter and posted bail. That doesn't wash away the charges...He'll still have a trial.

Man these last few days have been ing crazy... Zahra released for being a Neo Nazi. Bram arrested. Shooting outside the Performance Center. Snuka charged. And it's only Tuesday. Hopefully we don't get word this week that Spike TV is cancelling Impact..... I enjoy watching an alternative to WWE...... but with the pace of wrestling news this week.... |

If he is guilty that would be pretty bad and they would have to take him out of the HOF right?

I came here for two reasons:
1) to see how many want to see Snuka given the Benoit/Hogan treatment.
2) to see how many want any active participants in the coverup (Vinnie Mac?) given the Benoit/Hogan treatment. I recall reading that Vince McMahon and other prominent wrestlers were connected to the investigation.
