I'm just going to be horrible right now and say,  Mattel, come on! You had one shot at a Snuka figure and you blew it! Good for the girlfriend's family though. They deserve closure on all that happened. I have to be honest in saying I've half expected this announcement for awhile now. |

Isn't Snuka battling stomach cancer right now?? What are they gonna do, put him in prison anyhow??
And does this mean Snuka is erased from the WWE history books now?? Taken out of the HOF and such??

Seeing as people say he helped Snuka cover it up, could they possibly go after Vince for conspiracy, or perverting the course of justice? Imagine that... Vince gets off with the whole steroid trial but this Snuka thing comes back to haunt him and he gets put into prison because of that. It is like the OJ Simpson thing. He was 'not guilty' of those murders and then got busted for something else 20 years later and did jail time I believe. I guess that's called 'karma'. |

i dunno how a case in 1983 can be considered valid for punishment...like why was nothing done about this for 30+ years? this country is ing stupid. if he's found guilty, while not as offensive as what someone like Benoit did, it's still a tragedy and he should be removed from the WWE Hall of Fame and basically taken out of wrestling in general. with how quickly the WWE dropped Hogan for a ridiculous thing, if Snuka is proven guilty of this they should treat him the same if not worse. overall this is just a shame. the whole thing. |

Just heard about this. Really sad. Its crazy to think that someone i have met before is basically a murderer. Another low blow to WWE about another Benoit like situation.

Vince will be fine. If he did anything chargeable that evidence also would have been presented to the grand jury.
Edit: Murder has no statute of limitations . Other crimes do. So unless he actually conspired to kill her before the fact, they can't charge him with anything
