Completely agree, and I think you can make a very valid and very legitimate case for why Seth Rollins is the next "guy." For a while, I was looking at him to be the next Triple H (both in legacy positioning and on screen character, the latter for obvious reasons), but I'm now starting to view him more like the heir apparent to John Cena's throne. If that's the case, I really want to see how his babyface turn turns out. He's definitely going to need new theme music. Probably roll back to his metal-head gimmick, and probably tweak his gear a bit. I would be surprised if he was THE MAN in a few years to come. But then again if you told me 3 years ago that Rollins would be walking out of Wrestlemania wwe champion, going over Cena at Summerslam to be the first ever wwe and U.S. champion, I would have called you crazy. We all thought Seth was going to be the most underutilized guy once the shield split, how wrong were we. If Seth isn't eventually THE MAN, I'm sure he'll leave a lasting legacy in wwe. |

That cover is pretty lame IMO.
I don't know why they didn't have Rollins front and center with action shots of the runners up sprinkled in the background all around him or something. I guess they didn't want it to be too Rollins focused as the last PWI Mag had him on the cover with the title at WM31.

So what exactly did Dwayne's Cousin do to get a better ranking than Nakamura, Okada, Tanahashi, Lethal, Briscoe, Owens, Bálor, Lesnar just to name a few guys that should be above him. Seriously what did he do? Winning the Royal Rumble & having a decent Match with Brock Lesnar which ended up with Rollins cashing in and pinning him to win the WWE World Title? Wow, what a terrible cover..... among the worst I've ever seen..... Which is a shame - because this issue features my first-ever published photo! #335, Josef Von Schmidt, is highlighted with one of my photos from the Lancaster Championship Wrestling event in April.... we were asked for it over the summer & provided it. It's a bit of a "bucket list" & childhood dream-come-true to have one of my original photos used in this magazine I've been reading since I was a little kid!  Don't disagree at all, but the list is a joke. How is is EC3 #30??? Ugh, I just started looking at the actual rankings..... how the heck is Bobby Lashley #18, and Jay Briscoe #7, but EC3 is #30? And Darren Young is #33? Might just be the worst-conceived list I've seen yet..... oh well. |

Something odd I just noticed: Darren Young is #33, yet Titus O'Neil is #171. How the hell does that even work out? Did they just throw every name after #3 into a hat and pick numbers at random?

Why is daniel bryan and randy orton so high on that list? Daniel bryan hardly wrestled this year.
