Still waiting on the elite parts, but I painted this in the meanwhile: I know it's not accurate to the Starrcade 90 jacket he wore, but I just wanted to have a jacket with these color schemes to put on the stinger so he didn't look so naked.

Madness13 is that a 12x12 stunt ring with ESR/ASR ring posts/buckles and ropes? How'd you do it?

He said there's not a lot to describe and you called him a prick? Wow, triggered easily or what? He summed it up well enough. I would have just said 'you pull on them' right, I wasnt trying to be a prick....I described it the best I could. ITs really simple and there isnt much to describe.... and people wonder why the customs board is a ghost town. smh Funny you mention the custom board, I've been wondering why no one uses that board anymore but instead flood the fix-up thread with customs, I was under the impression that fix-up's were just minor alterations like head and limb swaps, not painting and sculpting(customs).

I still update it just for my references.

Few fixups Extra elbow pad and cuffs to cover the wrist tattoos Got b63 Sid head for the elite. Much better now. Used the body for a WCW Lex. Sadly Sid has the new style legs without pegs to swap calves... With Stinger New Legs?

jcsix Yep, and it sucks for fixups. Heres the new McMahon arms and Sid legs. I believe b60 Seth has the same thing with the legs, and the Dudley boys arms too I think.

Bandalero Yeah...you must have missed where I showed that Sid doesnt have swappable calves, and tall boots would make my Lex 7" tall... This was quick and cheap because I only really bought b63 Sid for the headswap.

gah...if I had a dime for every NWA Lex Luger I saw with mid-sized white wrestling boots, I'd have....quite a bit of dimes actually he had TALL white boots. Apparently the new Basic Sid doesn't have swappable lower legs like the last Seth. The pins are hidden on the inside of the thigh. Whoops! Nevermind he already explained why.

This was quick and cheap because I only really bought b63 Sid for the headswap. makes sense, and it's pretty resourceful of you to do the quick basic fix-up to be honest. But I've seen lots of NWA-style Lex's with mid-sized white boots. I don't know if people are confused because in his latter days in the late 90's he did start wearing BLACK mid-sized boots. But in retrospect, this is not far from what MDT would do if they made a basic NWA Lex. Look at basic Macho man with his mid-sized boots too.

Got the Hart Foundation in the mail yesterday and did a couple of small fix ups. Elbow pads for the Anvil and new glasses for Bret.

Bandalero Yeah my plan was to swap calves with someone smaller and keep the tall boots. I may eventually turn my e30 into this if we dont get a Wolfpac or early 90s WCW version. Wasnt a WWF Lex fan, but I like the e30 deco. Or I may just slice a bit off b63 Sids calves, paint the boots white and glue them on...

so are the new elbow and knee joints difficult to switch out? I get that we cant go back and forth through iterations but will we be able to switch out with other new figure parts?

Call me crazy...but what if they want to stop people from part swapping? Im pretty cynical, but that seems unlikely. Id have to think it saved them a few pennies somehow though. I like that it looks smooth and not as much like a toy, but still dont like that I cant easily swap!

Call me crazy...but what if they want to stop people from part swapping? Well crazy... I was thinking THE EXACT same thing. I bet it gets explained that it looks more realistic or something..and I am fine with it... as long as it doesn't carry over to elites. I have my opinion why they would want to stop part swapping too.
