Call me crazy...but what if they want to stop people from part swapping? Well crazy... I was thinking THE EXACT same thing. I bet it gets explained that it looks more realistic or something..and I am fine with it... as long as it doesn't carry over to elites. I have my opinion why they would want to stop part swapping too. In the long run, customizers make them more cash. As we buy more figures making the stores want to order more. So I don't think they would want to stop us. |

right, I wasnt trying to be a prick....I described it the best I could. ITs really simple and there isnt much to describe.... and people wonder why the customs board is a ghost town. smh Funny you mention the custom board, I've been wondering why no one uses that board anymore but instead flood the fix-up thread with customs, I was under the impression that fix-up's were just minor alterations like head and limb swaps, not painting and sculpting(customs). When this thread was updated/remade I asked that it be called the Official Customs Thread, but I think they just shoo-shooed me away. |

Im sure Bill would love to make accurate figures with correct parts every time but things get lost in communication with the factories, or his bosses want him to cut costs. Im sure this was just another cost cutting measure without really damaging the integrity of the figures themselves. |

Finally got B63 Sid Head scan  Nice to see a mean expression Sid but I still think that head is a pretty poor likeness. Just looks like a generic snarling man. I feel the opposite about the smiling head (good likeness, bad expression choice). |

If we lose the articulation in the elites I will stop buying Mattel figures. No question about it I'm with you on that. That's the line in the sand for me. Prices are increasing and we are already getting jipped on accessories it seems. I'm not paying increasing prices for less and less. I'll drop this hobby like a bad habit lol |

Just need to add Warriors to Animal's tights and give him knee pads. and add the scorpion to Sting.  This Sting is in scale with the GAB figure. E30 Hawk with Brian Pillman's knees and shins.   |
