If up and comers in the WWE have to be made into main event superstars that will become main event calibre guys for years to come leading this company into the future then of course my up and comers that I would want to be main event top guys would be:
Cesaro, Ziggler, Ambrose, Rusev, Wyatt, Cody Rhodes with him dropping the Stardust gimmick entirely, Kevin Owens, Bad News Barrett, Ryback and a couple of superstars in NXT such as Finn Balor and Samoa Joe

Balor, Zayn, Owens, Cesaro, Rollins, Ambrose, Reigns are going to be the future. Cody should be a major player too. If they booked him proper, he could easily do it as the Stardust character because it's more marketable than just plain ol Cody Rhodes. Wyatt and Barrett would be at the top of my list but there would need to be a decent amount of rebuilding especially with Barrett.

The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes as a Triple H, Flair level heel.
But the guys that are the absolute future stars for the next ten years are Apollo Crews and Jason Jordon and Roman Reigns (hopefully he develops a personality)
Baylor and Owens will be, the "new generation" filler until these two are ready. I honestly think Jordon will be the WWE it guy.

Maybe some of these guys could be legit main eventers one day; Owens, Zayn, Breeze, Joe, Rusev, Wyatt, Cesaro, Balor, Crews. A lot of it depends on what the WWE does with them.
Cesaro seems like he's been on the brink of a big push for ages, he is amazing in the ring, but they haven't done much creatively with him.
They better start developing some characters. KO seems promising because he can hang with the most experienced guys in the ring and doesn't get shaken easily on the mic.
