I saw this idea somewhere else, but I thought I'd add my own twist to it.
So, Big Show is stale and flip flops between face and heel more than the Evil Krusty Doll.
Now, what I think would be cool is to give Show his own faction of goons, and for Show himself to dress up sort of like the Kingpin. Make him wear suits, shades, and look like a million bucks all the time.
Show can do all the talking, therefore highlighting his mic skills, and the goons can do all the wrestling. Show would rarely wrestle, usually at PPV's, so when he does actually wrestle he'll act as the "Final Boss" of sorts. I think this would be a great way of making his matches feel like a bigger deal, as he is just so overexposed right now, it'd also give some other guys stuff to do.
As for his goons..I'm not sure who could fit the mold, perhaps someone from NXT? The Ascension maybe?
Feel free to give your thoughts or add on. I personally like the Big Show, but feel they have no idea what to do with him anymore.

Not a bad idea but he'll still be on tv every week. If they really wanted to salvage him turn him heel for good rarely have him wrestle or even appear on tv maybe only on PPV than build him up as a legit monster

As long as he's wearing tailored suits with fur coats, fedoras, and a cane I'm all for it.

Yeah. This is actually a great idea. Really is. Show can pull off that role and it is a seriously different direction for him. I'd put Heath, Ascension, Sandow, Adam Rose, Curtis Axel; Mark Henry would be his right hand man.

That's something we are in desperate need of these days.

I do like that idea, another guy that should dress in a suit all the time is Cesaro. The guy looks legit when he does.

It's not a bad idea for some one new, but Big Show has had too many losses, face turns, heel turns, emotional breakdowns, to really be built back up to some kind of monster.

Neh I dont like it, I can't buy into big show anymore he's been beaten so often, his matches seem to be just a section of the card that looks empty. Time killers.

Be a cool angle to run with Neville with them using the whole 'like a superhero' thing they got going on with him. Let him run through the gauntlet of Big Shows goons and thugs with a final clash between them at a PPV.

They should never have made him such a giant pushover. People like Rey Mysterio going over Big Show is an insult to all of our intelligence.
Had he been booked for his whole WWE tenure the way he was booked in 2006 on ECW, he would be at Brock Lesnar's level of legitimacy.

I'd say Big Show should be a special attraction at this point, but I think he's even past making that work because of his overexposure. He's basically filling that "monster the bad guys call when they need a heavy" role now and he's still just as boring and uninteresting as he was a year ago.
For a guy that deserves a ton of respect and appreciation, it's legitimately sad that he's been reduced to someone who gets "go away" heat every time he's on TV.
