It would need to begin with an invasion by this man..... And lead to a big Tag Team main event against team Cena - and then Cena "turns" on WWE, bashes the fans for booing him all these years.....

The modern day nWo was basically the Nexus.
In this day, there is no way to pull off an invasion that the average viewer would be excited about. You would basically have to debut them like the Shield and acknowledge their presence in NXT.
Hogan's reason for joining made sense. Cena's wouldn't. He is beating all the up and comers so he's not afraid to lose his spot. He'd have to first start losing a bunch of matches against up and comers such as Cesaro, Owens, Zayn, Balor, etc.

Logically I think Sting would be the guy to bring back the nWo to take down the Authority, Ambrose and Reigns in place of the Outsiders, I cant think of anyone fitting for the lead role though Cena is too baby face for the role, the only person I can think who's face and has a badass streak is Joe but I cant see him being the one to de-throne the Authority.

After reading a lot of these posts I can see that a lot of you forget what the NWO was or how it was come to be to begin with.
You just can't have a WWE guy like Cena turn heel and join other WWE guys to make an NWO. It has to be outsiders coming in to the company at first!! Maybe WWE did the right thing by releasing those Monday Night War DVDs for people to buy, because it seems most need to watch them to remember how the NWO went down!

The nWo was supposed to be a faction of guys from the rival company sent to destroy the show. So I'm not really sure how you expect us to answer this.
I suppose you could get any former TNA talent they have and put them together? I don't know.
There is no modern equivalent of the nWo.

I would rather the WWE just brings in the Bullet Club to NXT FOREVER rather than reform the NWO *Fixed

A current version of the NWO would feature comedy skits, 20 minute promos, and beatdown segments would go 50/50 which means half the time they would end up having themselves spray painted by their opponents.

I would rather the WWE just brings in the Bullet Club to NXT for one night rather than reform the NWO That could be pretty cool.
