I'm excited to hear this just cause we don't have to see it at Mania again.

4/10
I haven't cared about this feud since 2002.

Undertaker vs Lesnar in a HIAC match? I have that on DVD already. I don't see any way that a part-time Lesnar, a decade older Taker, and a no-blood policy will lead to a better or even equal match. Can't the WWE move on with Lesnar and put him against new talent? I'd be much more interested in Lesnar vs Cesaro or Bray Wyatt or even Rusev.

I wouldn't mind seeing them go at it one more time.

I love that their idea of MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENTS are always matches they've done before. Too bad Hogan burned his bridges, I bet he and Rock could have headlined WM 32.

God no! Enough with UT. Dude cant get it done. Why is WWE so intent on having this man die in the ring?

I'm really looking forward to this match. I thought Taker and Lesnar's match at SummerSlam was great, aside from the ending, and their HIAC match back in 2002 is still one of my favorite HIAC matches to this day. That was really the first Cell match that proved you didn't need to do a high spot off the top in every single match to make it entertaining.
All that being said, I don't understand why Undertaker couldn't have gone over Brock cleanly at SummerSlam so that this match would have made more sense. Having Undertaker win the way he did at SummerSlam doesn't make this feel like a traditional rubber match. But I'm also glad that this will free both guys up for other feuds for Mania next year (I'm still holding out hope for Austin vs. Lesnar, no matter what anyone says). Sadly, though, this is probably the final time we'll see either guy until around February/March to start the build for Wrestlemania.

God no! Enough with UT. Dude cant get it done. Why is WWE so intent on having this man die in the ring? WHY are people so intent on forcing this point "Undertaker can't get it done" when he very clearly answered that question at Summerslam? He put on one of the better ppv main event matches this year. He took all the big bumps in the match, and his whole little "collapse" was clearly a work as he looked fine the next day and is coming back so soon for another match. I'm so tired of "Undertaker can't go anymore" comments with no proof, especially when he just recently showed us that he CAN.

I wouldn't mind seeing them go at it one more time. Actually feel the same.. finishes this "trilogy" which, the last match was pretty darn solid, and frees up both guys for different Mania programs... I wonder if this comes closer to guaranteeing that Brock is getting the title at or before Mania?

The match was actually pretty bad with an even worse finish. Not sure what you consider the best matches. But Rollins/Cena, Owens/Cesaro, Reigns/Ambrose vs. Wyatts and Tag Title match were all better. Hell, Amell/Neville vs. Stardust/Wade was better IMO....just because of the sheer entertainment value. But I'm biased on that.

But I'm biased on that. He collapsed ONCE at WM 30 and waited until he was behind the curtain to do it. His "collapse" at the end of Summerslam was a proven work. He was filmed walking back to hotel later than night with his wife looking fine, and was photographed in the airport the next day with hockey player Michael Grabner looking fit and healthy. Grabner said he looked great. He is NOT injured and as far as we know, the WM 30 match was the only legit injury during a match in the last few years. Everything else was a work done for storyline purposes or to protect opponents (HHH).
And if you think their match at Summerslam was "pretty bad" well...... I'm sorry for you. The psychology and storytelling was awesome, and the crowd was so hot from start to finish.

Really excited to see Brock on the podcast. I've wanted that for a long time. HIAC with 'Taker? If it's as good as No Mercy 2002, we're in for a treat!

Love to see this match, and in HIAC, it makes it so much better.
