Mattel WWE Elite Series 39 New PROTO IMAGES!

I don't know why, but every time I see that Ziggler scan I immediately think of Draco Malfoy from Harry Potter!

I'm surprised no one has nit picked the glaring mistake in Ziggler. It just seems like people like to just criticize because a figure isn't meeting their preference, and don't spot the problems.

That Sting headscan is too fat. It's squished down and needs to be stretched out longer. It makes me feel like this is a version of the fake Sting from WCW. If someone made a custom and it looked like that- per the headscan- they would clearly be told to use a different head for it. It just does not resemble Sting at all in the face, which is perhaps the most important aspect of the figure. It was the only figure I was planning on buying in this set but if the way that headscan looks doesn't change by the final product then I will obviously be skipping them all.

And while I understand that there exist those who only collect classic figures, I only collect the modern guys. So if you consider this Sting to be modern then that's only half the set as modern and the other two are yet another Dolph Ziggler which I feel like doesn't truly capture his essence and a Damien Mizdow we really could have gone without ever seeing. Was all that really necessary when there are roster members without Elites that I'd pay for instead? Does anyone recognize the fact that there are literally thousands of Junk Yard Dog figures out there warming pegs??

Dammit they should have used that singlet torso for demon Kane. Heck they could have used it for his previous masked tank top attires.

I'll only get sting here. They're clearly holding back the full elite ring gear modern sting to try and get us to cough up all the $$$$ we can before giving it to us. This one looks good though he really should have had the red robe.

Scan looks odd in the first pic but I think it's just the pic angle. I just want ring gear sting already!!

Sting looks.....well the face looks off and I dislike the red shirt. But I will definitively pick him up. It is Sting.

SOmeone said above that people are hating Sting bc they are angry over Hollywood. I agree, but Sting can be done better. I am angry over the pricing, the lack of quality and DM basically being regular figures and lack of double jointed elbows, but in no way is that affecting my opinion of the figure. It simply NEEDS work.

I find SID perfect. He has a sadistic grin. And yes, Mattel does NOT have great face scans and that SHOULD be addressed and talked about.
