Harry is Davey's son, if the face doesn't look like the dad to you, then it's a dead ringer for the son so it's all in the family and all good in my books...but it looks like Davey. I wouldn't quite say so, Davey had more of a square jawline with a slightly pointed chin, whereas Harry just has a round jaw making him chubby faced. Also looking at a few reference pics the hairline seems off, but that's probably just my Autism talking.

Bulldog must be one of those guys who it's just impossible to sculpt good likeness of, same as Bret. All of his Jakks figures had pretty terrible headsculpts, and the two Mattel ones so far are no better really.

It's closer than most of the other headsculpts of him, but it still isn't very good. Plus, it's Old Man Bret -- although I wonder if anyone has ever put it on the younger Bret bodies, as it may work for 1996/97 era.

I own all the Elite Edge's (working on getting the RSC one) and none of them are exceptionally great face sculpts.

I think both bulldog sculpts are great Don't let me talk about HHH, Edge, or Orton though

The others are awful though.

It's a sad day as I have come to the conclusion that I have to wait to get Bulldog and Sid at retail. I'm always pre ordering on or near the first day. Not so this time around. I'm pinching every penny just to have enough in my account to buy the Hall of Fame figures. Elite 39 caught me by surprise and I don't want HOF3 to as well.

you know what it is about Sid's head/face?
his eyes are wide open. in the pictures of him smiling like that his eyes are squinted more which sends out a better "crazy" vibe. with his eyes wide open like the figure it looks like he's just smiling. the problem lies with the eyes, not the smile.
However I still believe it will look better in person. It's gonna be awesome having Sid on my Flashbacks shelf

Theres the obvious skintone issue, but he could use squinty eyes and eyebrows furrowed down more. At least with Sid you wont have to repaint the whole skintone...

New logo on main plate... Scratch logos on side plates... UNACCEPTABLE! That's what it looks like to me. Are there better pictures to see it closer??

Why do Ziggler's sculpts always make him look like an aggravated 70 year old? Major disappointment overall on this wave.

I had to come out of retirement to ask what the happened to the Stingers face. It's like someone accidently resized his face vertically and squashed it. Bulldog, Sting and Godfather look spot on though.

I agree about the eyes being the problem with the sculpt. But how do you feel a bit the hair color? Sid was a bleach blonde almost his whole career. For a short period in mid 96 through WM 13 his hair was darker but he wasn't a red head. you know what it is about Sid's head/face? his eyes are wide open. in the pictures of him smiling like that his eyes are squinted more which sends out a better "crazy" vibe. with his eyes wide open like the figure it looks like he's just smiling. the problem lies with the eyes, not the smile. This is very close to a fantastic figure if only with that small change. I'm still happy to get Sid. If the eyes are not gonna be changed then I'll still be hopeful for a serious scan Sid justice elite at some point.

The more I see Sid and Sting, the more they grow on me and the happier I am that I preordered them.
The issues with Sid I mainly chalk up to poor paint (besides some questionable parts choices). I'll be doing a nice bleach blonde dry brush for his hair, then I'm going to acetone off the eyebrows and most likely the eyes too, in order to do a fresh paint job on them.
Granted, these are still prototypes and said issues might all be resolved come late next month.
The main thing that bugs me with Sting is that he isn't just in a singlet, but I take comfort knowing it will come eventually
