I always hated the miz but this past year I started to like him more. I think his miz tv segments are great. Especially when he does the when my hand is up your mouth goes shut. Rollins was there too I always like Ambrose and reigns better but he is now in my too favorite. He can wrestle just about anybody and make them look good and he is an excellent seller.

Ziggler. When he first debuted with the "hello, my name is Dolph Ziggler" schtick, I really disliked him, and figured he was just a waste of time; like so many other failed mid-card gimmicks.
Then, I guess around his IC Title run and feud with Mysterio in '09, he started to grow on me. Been a big fan since.
Also, Rusev. Came in as foreign heel #284389, but really started to impress at the end of last year, and I generally enjoy him now.

There's been a couple but the big on was punk. Didn't like him at all, until the pipebomb heard round the world. What makes me angry though is they say the network is uncensored and unedited , they edited the crap out of it.

Definitely The Bella Twins.I HATED these two back in 2011 but now I enjoy them and appreciate what they bring to the table.
And also the Miz I hated this guy but over the years he became one of my favorite heels still to this day.

I'm really enjoying this thread! It's nice to see some positivity rather than smarks bashing guys they don't like. For me it's Cena and Ziggler. I have a ton of respect for both of them even if I don't necessarily love the characters. I also have grown to appreciate R-Truth after seeing him absolutely light up crowds at live shows. He's a well-rounded entertainer.

I'm surprised I'm the first person to say Kurt Angle. I despised Kurt Angle in the early 2000's when he was a glorified comedy character. It really wasn't until his Wrestling Machine gimmick that I started to really become a fan.

Kurt Angle was one of the most loved wrestlers around here because of his sheer ability. Granted I don't think this forum was around when he debuted, maybe a lot of people hated him to start and just can't remember because of how much they enjoyed him later. I loved his gimmick from when he debuted personally.

I loved his gimmick from when he debuted personally. Angle is arguably one of the greatest technical wrestlers ever. And it was when they focused on his ability that I became a fan. Just stuff like driving a milk truck and spraying the alliance (granted, not even close to the stupidest thing done during that storyline) and his Vince ass-kissing phase made me not like his character.

Randy Orton. Hated him from the beginning. When everyone was singing his praises with the Legend Killer gimmick and his heel stuff in 2009 I was still sitting their saying he was awful. Then something clicked in late 2011. I was watching one of his matches and everything looked so...good. Like I just suddenly opened my eyes to him and thought, damn, this guy's great. No wonder he got to where he did. Been a fan ever since. That's really it. There usually aren't many people I dislike to begin with. Of the current roster I can only count three people in total that I do not like. I suppose I could add Bray Wyatt to this list, but that was more that I hated him as Husky Harris and like him as Bray Wyatt. Randy is probably my main example, too.. in a very similar fashion. I thought he was lame and boring for years and years, but one day it just clicked.. it's all the little things he does that go unnoticed. It's one of those things where I look back, and I think "wow, was I wrong." Eddie Guerrero (now one of my all time favorites), Goldust, HHH, ADR... Big E and Ryback (although I wouldn't consider them "my guys") Seth Rollins Figured he would be the one out of the three shield members to fall into obscurity. Turned out he's a bonifdie mega star. And the best out of the three. Funny you say that, cause I thought the exact same thing. I thought "ok, he will be a decent mid card babyface, but thats about it. Dean will be the mega heel and Roman will be the big babyface... " Now Dean's almost the outsider looking in.

Reigns as a singles star has not turned out the way WWE expected it to.

I picked Rusev because I was only considering current wrestlers.
All time for me would be Shawn Michaels. I absolutley hated him in the 90s. HATED him.
However, he was tremendous in his return run from 2002-2010.

Dean Ambrose
I saw nothing in the guy back when he was in The Shield. To me he was just the 3rd man in the group to take a beating and lose if someone had too. It wasn't until he got on his own and kind of let a new personality come out that I started to dig him. Now I wish for he and Reigns to have the WWE Tag Titles.

JBL (as a wrestler not a commentator) New Day, just because of Xavier Tyson Kidd Miz
And slightly off the topic at hand, but Orton is the opposite of this for me lol, loved legend killer but hate pretty much everything he does now.

Also, just on paper he's done better; Royal Rumble--win, Fast Lane--beating the previous top babyface in a PPV main event, main event at Wrestlemania (arguably only losing due to shenanigans).

I can very easily see Roman being majorly rejected again if they try to shove him to the top again soon. I think the only reason he's being accepted now is because he's back with Dean, and in the mid-card. If they want to make Roman big, they need to turn him. He comes off as a natural heel as it is.

Bruh, if you don't love DDP we're gonna have to throw hands m8 I used to think he was boring and crapty because all I'd seen was his atrocious 2001 run. Then I watched his WCW stuff and instantly became a fan.
