Didn't know if this had been discussed, but is there a complete list in one spot of figures that were planned but never released? But there must be tangible proof such as a prototype wether a complete figure or head, sketch or reference slide.
Not counting minor cosmetic changes from prototype pics, the ones that come to mind are:
Rythym & Blues Greg Valentine Tugboat Hart Foundation Jim Neidhart Shawn Michaels w/ Jake action Mega Maniacs Brutus Beefcake Beverly Brothers Diesel Men on a Mission Jeff Jarrett Undertaker (new head mold)
Can anyone add to the list? And not just rumors and hearsay but with legit proof.

Why are Tugboat and Neidhart on the list? I know there's a Hasbro dia from Tugboat, but there never was a proto. That 2-up didn't seem legit.

Saba simba (tony atlas) had a slide, believable when the likes of skinner, nailz and ludvig burger had figures made

Beverly Brothers shouldn't be on a list like this. The slide means very little IMO. Those slides were sent out to a ton of companies for different reasons. What proof does anyone have that those figures were actually created? Same with Saba Simba.
The sketches show that there were intentions but don't necessarily prove anything was physically created.

I just mentioned Beverly Brothers since I've seen the slide floating around.
